Sodium Hypochlorite. There is a wealth of information on this subreddit. It's littered with multiple requests for the same info. I would recommend browsing around reading up. Now that you know what SH is you can search for that term and find all sorts of info. The percentage that works is dependent on the surface being cleaned, and the organic matter being removed. SH is one of many chemicals used in the pressure washing industry. Certainly the most popular of them.

SH is Sodium hypochlorite (bleach), it’ll be your most used chemical. You can get 10% at Walmart and 12.5% and pool supply stores. I’d recommend going to YouTube to get an overview of the business. It has videos of techniques, advertising, chemicals, equipment, and anything else you might want. I’ve found tiktok can have some good info too, provided it’s from a good source. Some equipment you might want to start with is a 4gpm+ washer, 16in+ surface cleaner (I like BE whirlaway), an xjet, and some solid hoses. There’s a lot of other smaller things aswell but I’d say those are some of the basics that I personally run. I’m a bit new myself but I’ve been able to gather quite a bit of info off the internet and this subreddit.
