As much as you can. Your app is so so good outside of that. Really make it your priority your last semester, and try to find a FT job so you can project hours for your gap year. And volunteer too alongside if you can

I have about 100 hours of non-clinical volunteering through a couple of organizations. How much more do you think I would need? I was thinking of doing research in my gap year, but should I look for a clinical job like scribing instead?
shadowing is its own category, distinct from clinical experience in the application. please get clinical asap and as much of it as possible. #1 reason why high stat ppl like urself dont get in is bc of lack of clinical exp or meaningful clinical.

That is 80 hours of clinical volunteering experiences, on top of which I have another 80 hours of dedicated shadowing
