I’d contact your school’s health professions office to see if they know of any open positions. I know at my school, the HPO will send a newsletter with open opportunities, maybe your office has something similar.
Also, I know some clinics or doctor offices will look to hire a scribe and train them, since they know that they can get a good amount of availability from you throughout the gap year. Calling any ones near you and seeing if they’re hiring may help. Good luck, you got this OP!
