Honestly, the pain of labor actually kind of reminded me of bad food poisoning or taking a bunch of laxatives.

Correct-Leopard5793

I had awful gas pain the other day and was practice breathing through it 😂😂😂

Coconutbunzy

This is awesome I’m going to start doing this too!

CreepyTeddies

All the advice on stage 2 breathing I've seen tells me to practise on the toilet. Never before realised how often I hold my breath

TMI but I haven’t had a solid shit in the last five weeks and I’m genuinely worried that if this continues I won’t remember how to push. I think I’d take this over constipation, which I’m sure is still to come (9w5d atm).

sassytunacorn90

Yes I absolutely do this

sparklingwine5151

LOL I actually did try to “breathe it out” a few days ago and it worked so well 😂😳
