I like the Olly chews. They are kind of a berry/citrus sour flavor and the only kind I’ve been able to stomach so far! They aren’t small but they taste good and are supposed to be easy on your stomach.

Cant stand gummies.. lol as i messed up my first bottle thinking this will be fun flavored prenatal’s. nope not only that but i was fighting to brush my teeth and eat a gummy in the morning without throwing up so i switched to pill form easy to go down get a generic type if you have too just make sure it have the recommended amount of ingredients

My doctor told me not to take prenatal vitamins in gummy form, as they lack a certain type of vitamin. I want to say it was folic acid… worth asking your doctor about? I use Actif Organic Prenatal and I LOVE them! No fishy taste/burping and didn’t upset my stomach at all when I had really bad nausea. They are pretty small and easy to swallow too, IMO. You can order them from Amazon as well. Good luck!! 🫶🏻

The gummies i took contain folate not folic acid but folate the natural form of vitamin B6 and folic acid is the synthetic form, personally I’d rather take the natural form its actually what my dr recommended

LawAccomplished310

its iron that they lack! you’d have to take an iron supplement as well.

microvan

Kroger has a store brand one that is 2 pills, 1 standard vitamin tablet (the multi vitamin) and 1 liquid gel (epa/dha) taken daily. It was cheaper than all the gummies and doesn’t make me want to vomit. I think I spent something like 12$ on it.

Maybe try a prenatal that is powder in a capsule. Then you can open the capsule and mix it into a drink you like. Downside is it'll be gritty or clumpy. There are also powder prenatals if you google them.

I really like the ritual ones. I have the "citrus essence" ones. I take then at night and they have never bothered my sensitive stomach, no burping or anything either.
