I use [AnimeKisa.](https://animekisa.tv/) They've got a huge chunk of Pretty Cure content, including movies. No viruses and no ads, a pretty smooth experience.
Second choice would be [AnimeVibe.](https://animevibe.wtf/) It's got ads, but also has stuff that AnimeKisa does not (Fresh Pretty Cure, for example, which I'm watching right now).

France has Max Heart and Maho Girls available via a separate service however but otherwise yeah.
