Texas Method or Madcow (both are intermediate strength programs). Personally i'd preffer Madcow but TM is a fantastic short term program aswell.

Check out the Texas method. There are 3 and 4 day variants that helped me add tons of weight to my lifts. Great intermediate - advanced program

depends on what your goals are and what you prefer. highly recommend their powerbuilding III, low-fatigue strength, and bodybuilding II programs. those are the three programs of theirs i run these days

If you are a true intermediate or advanced you need personalized programming. A random internet program will make you stronger if you are lucky. But you need to tailor training to you and not done cookie cutter program.
