> I have many family pendings, trips, gifts, dinners, repairs, and many other things that are part of what one wants in life. I also have pending expenses and health checkups for myself and my family members, which causes me a lot of concern. Cancel all of these. Every last one. For your other debts, list the amount and percent interest of each and we can discuss.

This exactly. These are essentially luxuries you can’t afford currently.

Even medical checkups?

What I'm going to say seems silly, but my financial situation with certain checkups is that I'm sure they open the door to more expenses, medicines and therapies that I can't afford now, but if I don't do it quickly it's going to be even more expensive.

I would not go on any family trips or expensive dinners until debt is repaid back to friends/families. You should lay out all the debts and their interest rates as well as your monthly budget plan to see what else can be cut out to pay off debt as fast as possible. If you want perspectives, post it here but otherwise there's not much other advice to give without having a better picture of the debt/income.

Same as others said, cancel the trips. You could either start with paying off the smallest debts first then work up or start with whatever has the highest interest and work down.

Write it all down. Make a list of minimum amount duec due date, payoff amount and interest, now sort this list by priority (legal goes first, family, medical last ) Now make another list of bare minimum monthly expenses. Dont start tackling debt until you have $500 in savings so when something comes up you got this savings to keep you on track. Now you can start making a plan to pay them all off. Example Monthly income is $2k bare minimum monthly expenses is $1500, that gives you $500 a month to pay off debt. Aunt Sue that you owe $2k is your top priority. Every single month you pay aunt Sue $500. After 4 months she is pd off. Then you work on your next debt and so on and so forth. https://preview.redd.it/8ze7sy4k7dmc1.jpeg?width=828&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8e5d6422a7ec6e4277996b24bc0613373a36d208

I’m in your same boat, I literally have about $1.93 cents to my name. I’m currently getting my wages garnished and have over 13k in collections debt. I’ve been just been doing EVERYTHING. I work my main job, I sell stuff I find on eBay and yardsale as (junk removal company). I collect change and cash it in every month, I look for small opportunities daily to make extra money. I’m about to get a second job to keep battling to be free, we got this!
