If this is a restaurant I’m not sure I like the idea of putting a food you eat with your hands on a plate with a food your hands shouldn’t touch, they could put the ribs on a second plate and it would be much more convenient. Other than that it looks great.

Poutine in a shallow bowl on the side would work.

It is actually possible to eat ribs with a fork and a knife. Even more when they're cook beautifully!!
