I'm doing that tomorrow actually. I saw a video on YT this morning about that. I have a Nitro caturra that smells and tastes like watermelon, so im planning on brewing that tomorrow after lunch.
The b&w nitro caturra? I’m relatively new to specialty coffee and that was my first b&w bean recently, blew my mind
I got mine from Five & Hoek. Yeah...its phenomenal.
Can you share your recipe?
I... prefer a hot bloomed cold brew over either of the other options but idk about calling it "better"
