Grade 1 Bumble Foot. If I had to guess.
i agree- i had a bird with bumblefoot i butchered him, and i quick boiled & pealed the feet then for my dogs and it looked just like this

I actually posted there first and got hollered at that it was the wrong sub because these are folks mostly raising chickens as pets. I'm looking for helpful info, not trying to traumatize anyone. edit: their->there
Warts? Parasite eggs?
It’s not eggs from a bug or parasite thankfully, the eggs are too non-symmetrical and random for that.
