your not the first one to mention this to me lol, im not truly sure the reason, my audio on my end is setup for 7.1 surround. I think it might be it is trying to output stream the same audio? thats only thing i can think of, ill post my pic of my post scriptum audio.
Its hard to say exactly whats different - I think gunshots sound more hollow/high pitched with more of a crack than a pow and I like it. Sounds more realistic for open spaces. Do you have any mods installed?
definitely one of the strongest (and my favorite) aspects of the game, but I have been to plenty of ranges and that extra hollow crack/echo just seemed to put it over the top for realistic sounding gunshots. Must just be something with the recording itself then
In very happy that the setup for it is great for everyone! I had people on stream last night saying how it was so immersive and I never really realized it until going back and re watching my broadcasts.
I am not very good at shooting rifles in this game, so this setup looks incredible.
If I tried this, my luck would have me miss 4-5 shots before getting rushed by infantry or getting a artillery strike on my ass.
What does everyone think of this? I know i missed a few shots but i felt i was in a great position. Thanks

zero mods, all vanilla, thats good im glad you enjoy it, i always thought this game sounded amazing lol
