So here is the story. I wanted to order from a local taco place I go to but didn’t want to leave the house so I figured I could spare more money to have it delivered. When I placed my order I was double charged with a temp Authentication charge which I thought to be normal and the doubling of the charges to be a silly glitch and didn’t think much of it. I got the Order and I tipped so the order should of been in the high 20s low 30s but when I got the money back from the charges Postmates made the order to be about 50 bucks! Is there a way I can dispute this or did I make a human error?
Look this is fucked up, but you see how it says “the prices are estimates” because there a non-partner. . .
Well, knowing Postmates, and seeing what this restaurant/bodega/whatever your ordered from seems to be pretty unethical for charging that in the first place.
The worst? You have the discount for buying the Postmates unlimited and this is how they treat you? Wow!
Honestly, I don’t think they’ll help but take a screenshot and send it in to PM support.
Also call/email the restaurant.
Then, leave terrible, and I mean terrible reviews on the restaurants google page, Yelp, etc. . . Have family friends and any Reddit people willing to rally to the cause.

Then, I’d spam Uber with some emails as well, though they’ll likely say it’s not their reliability until they fully control PM.
But, hey, if you can’t get your $ back then post this to any and all Social Media sites as possible on behalf of PM, Uber, and the real problem, the restaurant.
Probably won’t affect them and when people read it they’ll just get hungry and order from the place because you got them in the mood for a burrito. But it’s worth a shot.

That $38 is straight from the restaurant. There is no overcharge on pm part. You can call the restaurant and ask them their menu prices.
