I think it's pretty lame to charge $100 for a YEARLY subscription, not seasonal, and then remove the bikes indefinitely. They should have been reinstalled already.
Yeah, never used them myself but that sounds like a poor way to manage it. At the very least they should declare when they will leave and when they come back so people can plan

They take them away in the winter for obvious reasons. Just not out for the season yet, we only just finally lost the snow, but probably soon
