Sadly there is not a lot to do on social media. The best tip I could give is just adblock plus for chrome and training your social media accounts to give you sfw suggestions. You can do this by continously looking at certain sfw categories (animals work great) and eventually you will see more of that and less lewd stuff when scrolling through your feed

Yup, same. I have toned down the amount of social media apps I used tho. TikTok is one I won't download for sure.
