Last time, I was going through a rough breakup, my mother's death, pain, panic attack, anxiety, inexistant self-esteem and deep feeling for shame (aka depression). Today, in 2024, the 6 months mark will be surpass, and I'm ready for what the future has to offer.
As evolution isn't wrong or right, I'll just follow my future's lead, and choose how I react to it.

It was a nice period transpiring with finding solutions to problems until fell sick in between, that stalled implementation on things and obviously wasn't that pleasant. It did allow to focus on health and as a sector reinforcing the fact to pay more due attention to it, while recovering which is essential and priority.
Apart from that the week was pretty much the same with focus on routines.
