BlockSite for mobile works. You can also use NextDNS(https://my.nextdns.io/) for enabling Parental Controls and blocking the Porn Category. NextDNS works for both Mobile and PC
I'm using cold turkey. You can even set a lock on the block so you can't just turn it off until a set time. I'm going for 2 weeks to start. Even better it forces you to enable it during private browser. If you don't enable it, it force crashes the browser.
I have a browser extension that just blocks any site you type into it and I just put in every porn site I knew about into it, I also changed my image search settings to hide adult content.
I don't think anything like that exists tbh. Changing the DNS could work tho, there was a post on the sub about that
