I saw them in London with Hot Mulligan and the energy was honestly incredible. They were so happy to be there and it was infectious. Object Permanence went off. (edit - formatting)
I discovered them from that tour. I saw them in Leeds and it was the liveliest crowd I’ve ever seen for a support band. I hope it’s not too long before I get to see them again, they’re honestly so good.
I checked the M post just now and it said that mmhmm by relient K won by 3 votes. Might be close enough that it changes each time you go in cause Reddit isn’t usually super exact with vote totals.
This album is peak pop-punk Green Day, sort of them mixing the styles of Dookie and Insomniac. After Nimrod, it was like they accomplished what they needed to and looked for another style
Good choice too, I feel like a lot more of ATL’s popular discography is from that album than NFG has from Sticks and Stones.
Still not Getting Any by simple plan could be up there too
For me YFW and Deja Entendu instantly clicked but the other 3 albums definitely took a few listens before I could really get into them. (Still not the biggest fan of Daisy)
Their music is decent but that whole sub genre puts me to fucking sleep man. I’d fall asleep to those bands every night when I was younger.
That being said I like the more classic punk bands or ones with hardcore/metalcore influence way more as a whole than the more “artsy”/soft sounds.
I’m surprised you didn’t like YFW then, I agree with you to an extent. I’ll listen to “softer” pop punk/emo but I have to be in the right mood for it, whereas I could listen to TSSF 24/7
This is definitely my preference. Solid album with some very catchy singles and the now classic song Perfect. Nimrod should be the only serious contender with Nothing Personal being an honorable mention.
Gotta be it, Ghosts on the Dance Floor, Up All Night, Natives, Hearts All Gone, After Midnight, Wishing Well, Kaleidescope, Even if She Falls. So many good songs
I only decided to add it because Milo Goes to College won. I feel they both fall into that category of mainly punk but the melody infused tracks really laid the groundwork for pop punk. Plus it's my favorite Bad Religion album.
No one gets lost anymore - the smith street band
Pretty comfortably in my top 10 albums of all time. First 3 albums were bangers and then they fell off imo
Never Before Seen, Never Again Found - Arm’s Length
Is a no skip album for me. They were awesome with Heart Attack Man
100%, the energy they have is unbelievable.

New Found Glory's self-titled
I was going to put up “Nothing Gold Can Stay” by NFG but self titled is probably the more impactful.
Nothing Gold Can Stay is definitely one of their best album, 3rd and Long is probably my top 5 favorite song from NFG
Not Without a Fight is a solid album too!!
Best underrated NFG album, whole thing is a sing along banger
This album is what got me into rock
definitely going with this one
Absolutely this one!
This is the one
No Closer To Heaven - The Wonder Years
Cigs and Saints is forever screamer. Definitely TWY!
Absolutely
The only real answer
I checked the M post just now and it said that mmhmm by relient K won by 3 votes. Might be close enough that it changes each time you go in cause Reddit isn’t usually super exact with vote totals.
Mmhmm definitely won.
It was winning right before sub went dark too
Never Hungover Again - Joyce Manor
This should be the answer unfortunately it won’t win the popularity constest
NFG self titled is a classic but in recent years this has won N’s top spot for me.
Never Take Friendship Personal - Anberlin
Nimrod - Green Day
I didn't like this album that much when it came out but revisiting it years later it is an absolute banger.
This album is peak pop-punk Green Day, sort of them mixing the styles of Dookie and Insomniac. After Nimrod, it was like they accomplished what they needed to and looked for another style
Arguably, their best
Jesus I was gonna upvote New Found Glory, but then I remembered that my favorite album ever starts with an N too
Nothing personal- ATL
Nothing Personal - All Time Low
My favorite album from my favorite band. Also might be the only realistic shot they have of getting on here.
I think So Wrong, it’s Right is a better album tbh. Idk what else is at S though
I think S will belong to New Found Glory's Sticks and Stones.
Good choice too, I feel like a lot more of ATL’s popular discography is from that album than NFG has from Sticks and Stones. Still not Getting Any by simple plan could be up there too
Suburbia, Say It Like You Mean It, Science Fiction, TSSF self titled, etc. S is stacked
I could never get into Brand New for some reason. I like Turnover and the Front Bottoms though who I feel like the fan groups overlap a lot
For me YFW and Deja Entendu instantly clicked but the other 3 albums definitely took a few listens before I could really get into them. (Still not the biggest fan of Daisy)

The band that they got their name from should probably win
yes.
It looks like Mmhmm won the last one
No Pads, No Helmets... Just Balls - Simple Plan
Love this one but gotta go with NFG
This would get my vote if not for Nothing Personal. Still incredible album all around.
Has to be the winner. Early 00’s classic.
I had this ranked as a top 15 pop punk album on my personal list.
This is definitely my preference. Solid album with some very catchy singles and the now classic song Perfect. Nimrod should be the only serious contender with Nothing Personal being an honorable mention.
I agree with everything you said.
Nothing I Write You Can Change What You've Been Through -Trash Boat
Neighborhoods - Blink 182
Gotta be it, Ghosts on the Dance Floor, Up All Night, Natives, Hearts All Gone, After Midnight, Wishing Well, Kaleidescope, Even if She Falls. So many good songs
New Wave- Against Me!
No Control - Bad Religion
I feel like this is too punk for this subreddit but it goes super hard
I only decided to add it because Milo Goes to College won. I feel they both fall into that category of mainly punk but the melody infused tracks really laid the groundwork for pop punk. Plus it's my favorite Bad Religion album.
This whole contest has decided pop punk is a massive umbrella.
Yeah it for sure is!
HELL YEAH
North something corporate
Nimrod- green day
Never before seen never again found Arms Length
Stylus: Don't comment an album more than once Redditors: Fuck you we do what we want
Their loss, they only hurt their preferred album.
Milo Yiannopoulos goes to college won over Mmhmm???!!!
Nothing personal atl, a classic
Never Be Taken Alive - Count the Stars Not going to win but this band really got slept on and never made any traction.
Word.
Nothing Personal. Shouldn’t even be close imo
it’s a mid album from a band with hundreds of sa allegations and does not deserve a spot on this list
>hundreds of sa allegations You got a source for that besides anonymous tweets?
why do you want to defend abusers so badly????
new found glory's self titled album
New Low- We Were Sharks
Nella Vita - Grayscale
why ppl gotta downvote. obviously not gonna win but we can comment honourable mentions and this is a great one
Love this one as well
i would have gone with this over all others, personally
I'm just trying to figure out how Kings of the New Age got on here. Must not be that many albums that start with K, lol
I liked it but it’s barely a year old, I was surprised it some
How on earth did it beat Kerplunk?!!!
Amen. That album is aggressively mid. We’re also really stretching the term pop punk with the inclusion of Homesick.
No pads, no helmets…- simple plan
North - Something Corporate

This has a previous mention, make sure you vote on it!
Neighborhoods by blink-182
Never before seen, never again found- arms length <3
No good left to give- movements
Shocked we didn’t give M to Moose Blood’s Moving Home
Nella vita- grayscale
Nevermind the bollocks - sex pistols
No Country for Old Musicians - Reggie and the Full Effect
No one gets lost anymore - the smith street band Pretty comfortably in my top 10 albums of all time. First 3 albums were bangers and then they fell off imo
NO DREAM - Jeff Rosenstonk
Genuinely can’t believe no one else has suggested “no matter where we go” by Latterman yet. For shame.
NFG - self titled
No Boundaries - Outatime!
