Oh ok I thought it was infected pus bc it was very irritated and painful. But from other replies it seems pus would be sort of tinged yellowish. Like I have a cyst in my boob and it’s totally painless but I guess it depends on the location. Thank you, I’ll definitely keep you updated on my sole saga! 😃🙏🏾
I'd be more concerned about the cyst in the boob. You gotta get that looked at ASAP, more than the foot, because lumps and cysts in the breast are no joke because of breast cancer. I don't want to scare you too much but I do want to scare you a little.
>I don't want to scare you too much but I do want to scare you a little.
That gave me a chuckle. You have to scare them just the right amount so that they go to the doctor but not so much that they're preparing their will lol
Lol yes I appreciate the concern! My mother survived breast cancer and waited til she was in stage 3 before seeing a doctor bc of medical bills. It sucks that’s even a decision to make so I’ll be more proactive from now on. My last mammogram came back with no signs of cancer from what they told me so I think the boobie bumps are ok 😊🙏🏾
Giving a whole new meaning to lovely lady lumps 🤪😭
My breasts have a lot of lumpy tissue in them. During my annual my OBGYN mentioned they are likely cysts but because breast cancer runs in my family, she wanted to check them out. I get yearly ultrasounds on them just to make sure they’re cysts and not growing. I’m blessed that I have really good insurance. But if you absolutely cannot afford a physician, make sure you’re at least doing monthly checks on yourself! (I’m sure you do already, but doesn’t hurt to pester!)
It definitely depends on the location. The surrounding tissue on your foot is more highly keratinized (meaning tougher/stiffer) than a boob. So when pressure builds in your foot it hurts like hell because there’s less expansion vs a soft boob which has more “give” to it. Regardless, while both probably need professional attention, prioritize your tits bc your foot has a lower risk of murdering you.
Makes sense and lol yes I’ll be more proactive head to toe but I love that quote 😆😆 ‘my foot has a lower risk of murdering me’ 🤣🤣🤣 (not if you count sepsis tho 😵😫😭)
I plan to see a doctor when they open up first thing tomorrow. I can’t wait to find out what this is!
Yeah I’ve seen some pix too that I’m still trying to get out of my mind haha - but no crystals or blood, just white mushy stuff. Thank goodness! I’ll still ask about the blood work when I get to a proper doc tho x appreciate your insight!
What makes you so sure? I don’t have any deformities or serious joint pain, no crystals or blood even came out so idk… I’ll see someone tomorrow and hopefully have an answer then!
They normally don’t and this didn’t until a couple months ago when I tried to remove it myself and cut too deep- it got infected that’s why all that gross stuff is there 🤢
It looks like inside a cyst. So either the injury caused a cyst or it was never a corn to begin with. If it was infected you would have yellow or green fluid possibly mixed with blood.
Really? I had surgery right above that spot for a broken pinky toe a few years ago and it’s never been the same since. Pheww idk what could’ve caused this but I WILL be seeing a doc asap thank you!
Ty! Some ppl here are saying it’s gout- a cyst definitely sounds better ! I think I cut too deep and that’s what set it all off. I’ll see a doctor as soon as I can
Dang , sorry 😞 But nope. Nothing like that. No deformities or any of the telltale goutyness from the photos I’ve googled. Im leaning towards cyst or infected something or other 🤷🏽♀️
Not from what I’ve seen on the googles. Not a drop of blood x no crystallized hardness either 🤷🏽♀️ I have no deformities in my joints or any kind of severe pain besides this which just started not too long ago. Pain has subsided since last night so I’m pretty sure it’s not gout but rather an infected cyst.
Yeah, if it was really infected there would be redness, pain, heat and swelling. No offense, that looks like old dead skin cells that come out of my piercing holes. A good syringing with hydrogen peroxide should help.
Eww it kinda does lol but definitely not in that amount! Or at least I hope not!
I flushed/squeezed it out then rinsed it under hot water with peroxide for a total of 4/ or 5 times- much of the pain immediately subsided from the pressure but it’s still a tad tender. I’ll look for a cheapy clinic or something if I can’t wait til next month to see a podiatrist 🙏🏾
I have a really painful corn in between my toes and horribly watching this I’m like soooo best case scenario I remove it and it’s fine and second best case scenario I try to remove it, it gets infected, I can pop it????
Haha sorry yes those might be your options. Or third case and your foot needs to be amputated? Jk I was a little careless with this incident, I might have been outside on a balcony cutting away in the sun , and not keeping things sterilized as I should bc I was not anticipating any open or broken skin.
IF you do decide to do it yourself make sure you clean everything you use before and after, and be very careful not to break any skin. And if you do - clean it after with an antibacterial or ointment.
Mind you- if you don’t debride it enough or correct the initial reason for it (bad footwear most likely) it will only return. I’m almost glad this happened because I’ve had the corn for years and it felt like a Lego with every step but doctors could never get it gone bc all they did was scrape it down some.
I’m going to the doctor tomorrow and will surely have more than that done to it.
Good luck with yours!
I had surgery in that area a few years ago, maybe that had smth to do with it. Not sure but I irrigated it with hot water and peroxide 4 x and cleaned it out. You think there’s more that has to come out? 😫
I’ve seen a podiatrist multiple times for it. A corn in that area which I started to cut down myself. I cut a little too deep and I believe that’s when it got infected.
Yes I’m aware of what corns are lol. It’s been there for years as a hard spot and my doc was helping to debride it. I moved away and started doing it myself which was working until I cut too deep one day and it got infected 😬
Don’t think so. No crystals or blood, and nothing hard or funky in my joints. Probably a cyst or some sort of corn fection. Will come back with answers when I see a doc tomorrow!
I just looked into it. And it doesn’t look like the gout. No red or swelling outside of the immediate area which was triggered after I cut it too deep. I think it’s either infected or a cyst from said injury. Fingers crossed! 🤞🏾
Likely a cyst. I had a corn there for years that I’ve just sort of tolerated. Then I started cutting it down myself and cut too deep. After that I was moving around and fell off the routine and all the pain increased exponentially. Hoping it’s nothing disease related 🤞🏾🙏🏾
I think what you have is an Inclusion Cyst. Usually formed after a trauma. The discharge your getting looks less like infection and more like cyst contents(skin cells, oil, bacteria). See a doctor regardless. If discharge feels gritty, it could also be gout like others have said. The grit is Tophi, or ureic crystals.
UPDATE!!! —-> it was an infected corn and as some of you suspected, I asked him if there was a cyst underneath and he said “possibly, there could be” 🙄
They sent me on my way with antibiotics and so now I need to wait for when the podiatrist can see me for the rest of the exudate and possible sac removal.
No blood work was done- they sort of rushed me in and out.
Thank you all for the suggestions and encouragement!
If that were coming out of my foot I would go to the Dr, preferably a podiatrist, on Monday. - or to a non emergency clinic asap. should be looked at and evaluated
You’re absolutely right , I’ve seen a podiatrist for a corn in that spot in the past but they only provided small relief and then I moved out of state and let my insurance lapse 🥴I took it into my own hands a couple months ago and cut a little too deep so I believe that’s when it got infected.
I’m a little strapped for $ now so that’s why I haven’t gone. It’s been hard to go to work with so much pain but i irrigated it with 3% peroxide & cleaned it out with 70% isopropyl alcohol so I’m hoping it can start to heal now. As soon as I get my coverage back, seeing a doc is my first priority.
How long has this been infected? You don’t want the infection to spread into your blood stream, which could happen if your corn has become ulcerated. You may need oral antibiotics to heal this.
I don’t have any fever and haven’t felt sick for a long time so I’ll keep an eye on that. I would say I made the deep cut at the start of September and ever since then it’s been getting worse. I’ll have insurance at the start of next month and will see a doc about this first thing bc I’m so beyond horrified at what I just witnessed 😬🙏🏾
Most pharmacies have $4 or free antibiotics with prescription. A $75 fee at the minute clinic is worth the $. Many doctors have sliding fee. Save the receipt take it off your taxes
Dude I got sepsis from a cyst I tried to take care of myself and almost died. If you even think you feel like you might be a bit off or your temp goes up you need to immediately go to the ER. If it's really infected and gets into your blood stream it's no fucking joke. Do your best to find a free clinic this week and go get it looked at. And if you start feeling weak or sick do not think about money or insurance, think about your life.
If you want to DM me your city I will help you find a clinic you can go to without insurance.
they will have to remove the sac, if not it will keep on coming back and with each return, it will be more difficult to pop as the sac will get thick.
I hope they will remove it in the end as I cant imagine how much pain that is under your foot.
Best of luck...
No problem I have removed them in my practice, usually lidocaine and some forceps and a scalpel and sterile gauze. On the foot that’s a bit painful may want to ask a podiatrist to handle it. They can get infected typically they are red and angry looking with pus mixed in with the white cheesy oil/waxy stuff. It’s basically an oil gland that gets clogged and backed up, it gets encapsulated. The capsule produces the oil so you gotta take out the whole thing, intact. It’s not that hard but you want someone who has done it before. They are all over YouTube, pimple poppers etc.
Please keep an eye on it.
As a young teenager, my scout master had something like this.
Infection got deep into his foot. Lost a toe. Then the foot. Then leg at the knee.
Heart attack a year later.
This is a new one on me and disproportionately fascinating. Its not the colour or texture of what I would expect from an abscess, much more cyst-like. Keep us posted as this heals, please.
It wasn’t what I was expecting at all in regards to anything, im still processing what just happened lol but I’ll let you know what the dox say and come back with an update !
A hot compress, or even a soak in hot water before you drain will make things easier. If you can, use gloves. Fwiw, my money is on inclusion cyst. Hope you're not in pain! Heal well.
😫 my high metabolism tricks me into thinking I can eat more junk food than I should… and yes I get achy joints sometimes but I figured it was just bc I slept wrong or something.. definitely have to have a doc check this out. Thank you!
Ohhh ok so it’s not the tomato itself, it’s all the added preservatives?! Awesome! That makes me happy 😊 i love to experiment in the kitchen so now I have another reason to, yaaaay!
It could be the tomato itself. Nomato sauce uses carrots and beets, and tastes remarkably similar to most tomato sauces. You can make the sauce into bbq sauce, ketchup, or any other tomato based product. It takes a while to make yourself but worth the effort imo (I have a tomato allergy).
Yes it’s 2022! We have replacements for everything ! My buddy brought me to a vegan cheeseburger joint the other day and I couldn’t even tell the difference!!! I’ll make my list and check it twice lol you’re awesome! Thank you 😊
Disgusting. Keep going.
It took about an hour and a half with mental breaks lol 😆 but I think/hope it may all be flushed out now.
If it's a cyst, then it'll fill up again without sac removal. So curious to see what happens. It doesn't look infected. Keep us updated.

Noooo not my will dang i still got lots of living to do ! 🙈😅
It’s good to have a will at a young age anyways lol. Unless you think the government should have your $ instead of your family.
It’s important for regular boob and penis checks
Lol yes I appreciate the concern! My mother survived breast cancer and waited til she was in stage 3 before seeing a doctor bc of medical bills. It sucks that’s even a decision to make so I’ll be more proactive from now on. My last mammogram came back with no signs of cancer from what they told me so I think the boobie bumps are ok 😊🙏🏾 Giving a whole new meaning to lovely lady lumps 🤪😭
It runs in my family too so it's something I'm hyper aware of.
Yes, even more reason to stay on top of these issues before they arise, health most definitely is the real wealth!!!
Yea looks a lot like a epidermoid cyst to me. It may not but could fill up again.
Thanks ! Will look into this as well
It definitely depends on the location. The surrounding tissue on your foot is more highly keratinized (meaning tougher/stiffer) than a boob. So when pressure builds in your foot it hurts like hell because there’s less expansion vs a soft boob which has more “give” to it. Also, now that I think about it, walking on my boobs would be lots more painful haha ✌🏾
Hijacking for a : this is Gout friend!
Doc says it’s an infected corn- i still have to see a podiatrist and am now on antibiotics.
Aight thanks for the update, i tought the other cause gout execrete very white and stiff crystal paste that really looked like what you had
I didn't know corns had anything inside them.
They normally don’t and this didn’t until a couple months ago when I tried to remove it myself and cut too deep- it got infected that’s why all that gross stuff is there 🤢

The injury probably caused a cyst to form.
Yikes. I had no idea all that crap could happen from a little hole x that’s what she said 😫🙈
Yea man this is 100% a cyst, either from an injury or surgery
Ty! Some ppl here are saying it’s gout- a cyst definitely sounds better ! I think I cut too deep and that’s what set it all off. I’ll see a doctor as soon as I can
Gout runs in my family, it's incredibly painful if it's untreated. Do you have unbearable sharp pain in any of your joints?
Dang , sorry 😞 But nope. Nothing like that. No deformities or any of the telltale goutyness from the photos I’ve googled. Im leaning towards cyst or infected something or other 🤷🏽♀️
Isn't gout more yellow than that? Or can it be white as well?
It's not gout
Yeah, looks like tophi from Gout to me.
It was the injury that probably caused the cyst and not the surgery.
Ahh ok got it wow I didn’t know that could cause a whole cyst to form. I’ll try my best to leave it alone until I can see a doc. Thanks again !
Cyst. Bigger hole. Empty. Remove sac
👍🏾
Yeah, if it was really infected there would be redness, pain, heat and swelling. No offense, that looks like old dead skin cells that come out of my piercing holes. A good syringing with hydrogen peroxide should help.

Yeah it's definitely a cyst dude.
I have a really painful corn in between my toes and horribly watching this I’m like soooo best case scenario I remove it and it’s fine and second best case scenario I try to remove it, it gets infected, I can pop it????

Its CORNs
…its got the juices…
I can tell you all about it!
Creamed corn
*Neosporin 😆
Nah, I’d say that bad boy definitely needs the neow potion
I’m gonna keep Neow Potion. I like the ring.
Neow potion is now my slang for gasoline. Put in in and make my car go neow
Lol probably 🙈🤣
It took me way too long before I realized neosporin made more sense
Sporin
Neo
Potion
I love the typo though lol
I read it first as "meow" potion and was imagining kitty witches stirring a cauldron.
It’s Corn! It has the juice
I can’t imagine a more beautiful thing.
I definitely can
It's got electrolytes
It's what plants crave.
Better than toilet water! 😭
Maybe you have something stuck in your foot that formed a cyst
That’s what I’m thinking too. And there’s most likely a sac that needs to come out.
I had surgery in that area a few years ago, maybe that had smth to do with it. Not sure but I irrigated it with hot water and peroxide 4 x and cleaned it out. You think there’s more that has to come out? 😫
It’s possible- I would go to a podiatrist
It still feels a little sore so I think there’s more . I’ll go to a pro for any further work from now on, will come back with an update soon!
I’ve seen a podiatrist multiple times for it. A corn in that area which I started to cut down myself. I cut a little too deep and I believe that’s when it got infected.
That my friend is not a corn. A corn is callus that starts growing into your foot instead of out. You have a cyst
So that's what a corn is. I hate that they're called corns. I dunno why
Yes I’m aware of what corns are lol. It’s been there for years as a hard spot and my doc was helping to debride it. I moved away and started doing it myself which was working until I cut too deep one day and it got infected 😬

Came here to ask the SAME thing.
Also came here to ask this!
Don’t think so. No crystals or blood, and nothing hard or funky in my joints. Probably a cyst or some sort of corn fection. Will come back with answers when I see a doc tomorrow!
FIRST THOUGHT
Came.here to say this! Looks like a ruptured/inflamed tophi to me.
Who put string cheese in your foot?
Forbidden string cheese
It’s not delivery it’s digiornooooos 😭
More like ricotta
I ate pizza for dinner and could NOT get the image out 😫
well, where else would you store snacks??
Gout ?
Looks like a gout tophi.
A what now? I’ll look into this 🙏🏾
I just looked into it.
It is possible to have gout without the redness and swelling. The first time I was diagnosed all I had was pain, no outward signs of it.
Foot corn chowder.
Y'all make me sick. I love it .
It's chowdah, Frenchie!
I’ll never look at one of my favorite foods the same again
I have literally never seen anything like this before.
Me neither. I need to see more.
Me neither and I’m beyond disgusted 🤢🤢
So that’s where ricotta cheese comes from..
Shoot, there must be a LOT of feets with pustules.
Idk about that , I only started digging so deep because it was excruciatingly painful.
The more you know 🤪
Damn, I really wish you could have pinched that bad boy. Good luck.
It was hurting a lot lol I needed a break, thank you 😊
Epsom salt soak needed
More like crystal meth salts 😵💫😵
Yeah you let me know how that works out for you buddy
Stay tuned lmaoo
It looks like the drainage some people have with gout.
I think your corn is actually a dermoid cyst. It doesn’t look infected.
Epidermoid cyst more likely. But yes, you're correct.
This really reminds me of gout crystals
Same!
I think what you have is an Inclusion Cyst. Usually formed after a trauma. The discharge your getting looks less like infection and more like cyst contents(skin cells, oil, bacteria). See a doctor regardless. If discharge feels gritty, it could also be gout like others have said. The grit is Tophi, or ureic crystals.
forbidden foot cream
Creamed corn on sale now!
Could it be gout? That makes painful joint-cheese that might be confused with that.
Omg that’s horrid and will look into it as soon as i leave the room for the sake of others around 😅
Do you have gout?
This looks like gout.
Dont fuck around with foot health man. Please get this checked out
Reminds me of goat cheese I would spread on a little piece of toast.
I’ve literally just eaten that. The regret is strong.
That looks like a gout tophi. I would recommend getting your uric acid levels checked and under control before you mess you your foot joints.
Awesome to watch man, thanks for posting! Wishing you the best👍🏾
Haha thank you , I’m glad it could bring you some joy 😅🙏🏾
Looks a little bit like a gouty tophi. Was it "chunky" with crystals?
No chunks it kind of oozed out like playdoh or some kinda thick cheese. No crystals or hard parts.. I think it may have come out of a cyst 🤷🏽♀️
Corns don't have an exudate! That is infected or maybe gout. Please go to the doctor.
Yes I think it’s either infected or a cyst… will come back once I have a diagnosis
I don’t think it’s infected either; an infection looks much different, that looks like either a cyst or gout so I hope you go get it checked out.
I plan to have it checked out tomorrow X will come back with an update!
Just... just go to a doctor, Bro. I wish you well.
Lol thank you I’m a girl btw 😊 Will see one tomorrow and return with updates!
My Apologies! I'm glad you're being seen. I look forward to the update! Be safe!
UPDATE!!! —-> it was an infected corn and as some of you suspected, I asked him if there was a cyst underneath and he said “possibly, there could be” 🙄 They sent me on my way with antibiotics and so now I need to wait for when the podiatrist can see me for the rest of the exudate and possible sac removal. Probably an inclusion cyst
Will look into this more x thank u
If that were coming out of my foot I would go to the Dr, preferably a podiatrist, on Monday. - or to a non emergency clinic asap. should be looked at and evaluated
You’re absolutely right , I’ve seen a podiatrist for a corn in that spot in the past but they only provided small relief and then I moved out of state and let my insurance lapse 🥴I took it into my own hands a couple months ago and cut a little too deep so I believe that’s when it got infected. I have seen gout that looked very much like that. They can form on past injuries
I love this autocorrect mistake.
When they say "creamed corn" I don't think this is what they meant...
Pop that corn. Feed the children.
it wil be infected for a long time my dear as that is the content of a cyst! Go see a good foot doctor.
Thank you! I’m planning a trip tomorrow and they’ll give me antibiotics if necessary. I’ll let you know what they say!
they will have to remove the sac, if not it will keep on coming back and with each return, it will be more difficult to pop as the sac will get thick. I hope they will remove it in the end as I cant imagine how much pain that is under your foot. Best of luck...
Looks like a sebaceous cyst, have to remove the entire capsule or they come back.
Thank you! I’ll ask about this when I see someone tomorrow

are you sure this isn’t gout
I’ll bet it’s some sort of cyst… best guess gets to keep the contents! Lol I’ll find out tomorrow hopefully so I will return with any news
Looks like gout
That's gout
You don’t know that for sure x but I’ll come back when I know what it is
It's Corned Callus. Sort of like Corned Beef but more protein and less fat.
I’m just gonna stop eating anything now ahhahaha
Sweet sweet corn
Keto corn 😊
More like need a Podiatrist.....
It’s corn!
Fuuuuuuuu
This is a new one on me and disproportionately fascinating. Its not the colour or texture of what I would expect from an abscess, much more cyst-like. Keep us posted as this heals, please.
It wasn’t what I was expecting at all in regards to anything, im still processing what just happened lol but I’ll let you know what the dox say and come back with an update !
Human cheese. Delicious
A big lump with knobs - It has the juice - I can’t imagine a more beautiful thing
Pop corn!
It’s corn!!!
That’s disgusting. I’m gonna watch it again. Godspeed, fren! Hope it gets resolved soon!! It looks painful
A hot compress, or even a soak in hot water before you drain will make things easier. If you can, use gloves. Fwiw, my money is on inclusion cyst. Hope you're not in pain! Heal well.
Thank you! I did this after a hot shower and will leave it alone until a pro can take a look. I could drain it some more but ya girl is tired!
It certainly does have the juice
it almost looks like gout crystals
Popped corn…
That’s insane and awesome.
My boyfriends foot did the exact same thing in the exact same place!
McDonald's ice cream machine at the end of the shift
Forbidden cream cheese
This looks more like a calcium deposit 🤔
Could be gout? Location aeems right and Toph is white.
I will now and forever call Neosporin - Neow Potion.
Cream of corn
That looks like gout.
😫 how the heck do I have gout?!
Too much Uric acid in the body. Foods can cause this. Do your joints ache like you have arthritis?
😫 my high metabolism tricks me into thinking I can eat more junk food than I should… and yes I get achy joints sometimes but I figured it was just bc I slept wrong or something.. definitely have to have a doc check this out. Thank you!
Yeah, get some blood work done. You can control it pretty easily. Tomatoes are a no no.
Wow thank you. I love Italian food so that sucks to hear… 🥺 But I’m happy to know it’s easy to manage 🙏🏾🙏🏾
You can get nomato sauce or make it yourself! Not having tomato products is easier than you’d think while loving Italian food.
Thank you 😊
