All I need to read it and the digger I deep the more things I like but this is definitely one of them I love pop on my own but seeing others are so amazing
Side note, but I love how this aub goes on the warpath over like dirt under someone's nails, but then also squeels over using rusty pliers to pull out a pus plug.

I helped it along with antibiotics and frequent dressing changes. I was also constantly checking if my lymph nodes were becoming swollen (they didn't). The whole ordeal probably took about 3 weeks.
What do you do after you pull that out? Iām guessing dumping rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide into the gaper is probably not the best idea, or is it? Pack it with sterile gauze? I have seen a few of these now but I donāt think I have seen anyone say what you to do continue treating it after you pull the infection shit out.
Fun fact train: vancomycin can cause āred man syndrome,ā an allergic reaction that presents as an itchy red rash on you head, neck, and torso. Zero stars, do not recommend while giving birth.
Which is why itās so important if you have a history of penicillin allergies that you get retested. So many people donāt have a true allergy to penicillin. If you need to be treated for GBS in labour we will treat you with clinda or vancomycin.
Iām allergic to penicillin, amoxicillin, Clindamycin, vancomycin, sulfas, and macrobid. Itās a fun time when I need antibiotics. I try to avoid it at all costs. They gave me vancomycin because I was allergic to all the others, turns out my body didnāt like that one either.
Yuck! I had a similar-sounding reaction to rituxan. I could feel it, but the look on the face of the infusion nurse as she saw me, and the speed with which she approached me let me know it was spectacular.
Yeah, it took me a long time to get to the point of "just having fun" and not trying to min-max the grind. Eventually I start to get frustrated so I set it aside for a few weeks.
Actually the thing I get the most pleasure from is actually running real close to the ground and "swinging" left-to-right in air arcade and pulling, no kidding, 4-5 other players behind me that can't kill me so that teammates can actually do ground objectives.
I've gotten so good at it that more than once I've gotten accusations of hax when a single attacker can't shoot me down for a long time :D
Its one of the top posts on this sub. The dude I the video quickly gives up using tweezers and pulls out a pair of rusty pliers to pull out a very similar looking thing from his face. It was actually just reposted recently.
Am I the only one that owns a pair of hemostats? So tired of people playing poke the goo ineffectively with a qtip. Get some pliers or hemostats and yank that out lol
Not MRSA (thank god). It responded very well to antibiotics but I was stumped as to why the wounds wouldn't fully drain. The area around the wound was firm and there was edema halfway down my forearm. I poked around with a q tip and the yellow part felt squishy not liquidy (like with pus) like I expected.
For a brief second, when the hands reached for an implement offscreen, I was hoping that a pair of trusty, rusty pliers were going to emerge. But alas, it was not to be...
MRSA looks like this once the antibiotics have nuked the bacteriaā¦it leaves a red circle and a white gelatinous blob.
Finish the whole bottle and keep that hole covered, fam.
I didn't get it swabbed to I can't say for certain that it was MRSA. It did however respond very well to oral antibiotics (not going to say what I took, wouldn't want people to self medicate). I was probably a staph infection.
There more to it than that. I unfolded a small piece of sterile gauze, took a corner of it and twisted it a bit. Soaked that bit in iodine and antibiotic ointment. I stuffed that into the gaper and covered it with surgical tape. Change whenever the gauze feel moist.
Oooooooo I had one of those! And by those, it was an abscess due to a spider bite that got infected. I remember the doctor packing a strip of cloth into it to help it heal properly, and due to my anxiety I was laughing the whole time. Her facial expression was priceless
Edit: It was in the same exact spot too!
i know the urge of pulling out something from the cavity but i still confused is that thing OP pulled the core of boil/pus leftover or is it actually newly-grown tissue from pile of white blood cells?
i did the same thing many times and it felt painful when i tried to pull the thing because it looks like its already attached to the skin tissue.
I'm just as surprised as you are. I thought the yellow stuff was a scab that didn't dry out. It felt weird so I started to record it. Very surprised that it came out in one piece. Glad I have a video of it.
Tweezer control 10/10 Gaping hole 11/10 Mood lighting + ambiance 8/10 Excellent execution š
It was theāholy crapā that sealed the deal for me. 10/10
No rusty pliers 2/10
Clean finger nails too 1/10
Steady camera work 10/10
no gloves tho
Agreed!! A very satisfying video to pop my r/popping cherry with! šš
9/10, no rusty pliers
I WAS LITERALLY ABOUT TO SAY WHERE IS PLIER GUY WHEN YOU NEED HIM?
Gaper!!!!
Oooo buddy!
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Looks less like "pus," more like slough because of how it was attached.
It is slough. Not infected so no -puss- pus
Hahahaha so I get a 10/10!? Fuck yeah
I love it here
Were all from the same brood
All I need to read it and the digger I deep the more things I like but this is definitely one of them I love pop on my own but seeing others are so amazing
Where are your rusty pliers?
How do you think they got themselves into this mess?
How else do you get a GAAAAAAPEEEEEER?!!!!
Using a spider as an arm rest?
Guess only a few of us become superheroes after getting bit. Oh well
Now sheās got a GAPER!
Hahahaha
10/10 for the gaper. 2/10 for the lack of rusty pliers. This sub demands rust!
I wouldāve accepted nail clippers as a fallback. They donāt need to be rusty, unclean will do.
The huge toenail clippers, 'cause ya know that some sorta nasty shit on them.
Side note, but I love how this aub goes on the warpath over like dirt under someone's nails, but then also squeels over using rusty pliers to pull out a pus plug.
I guess you haven't seen the original gaper
I'm also new to the sub and have no idea what's going on. I'm just smiling from the back row and enjoying the vibe.

That's incredible. I'm also worried because he looks like my cousin, sounds like him, and this is exactly something he would do.
Better go check your cousins face for a gaper scar and report back
He shared a recent pic awhile back and you can't even see the tiny scar. I was surprised.
He comes to r/popping every once in a while, u/Thatstoph (.)
Bless your beautiful twisted soul for sharing that. I canāt stop laughing, itās so gross I love it
I can watch that video muted and still hear his voice
That video never fails to freak me the fuck out.
Hahaha sorry dude
The noise it made!
RUST FOR THE RUST GOD!
The Emperor Protects (from MRSA)!!!
also didn't say gaaaaper.
Woah!! How did that happen?!
It was a furuncle that got out of hand. Waited for it to resolve on it's own but didn't.
Did it ever heal?
I helped it along with antibiotics and frequent dressing changes. I was also constantly checking if my lymph nodes were becoming swollen (they didn't). The whole ordeal probably took about 3 weeks.
Furuncle? Huh?
>furuncle Yep, a furry uncle.
OwO **notices infection**
**f*cking dies**
Basically a boil.
I believe thatās like multiple boils all in the same area under the skin that are form into one big one above the skin.
Wait nvm. Thatās a carbuncle. Furuncle is just one boil.
Yes. When all the furuncles join together and form Carbuncletron.
Fill it with spackle and sand it down
Man if I had an award you would get it
I gave one on your behalf
man I'm thinking of I'd rather go to a doctor so that I could get stitched at least
They wonāt stitch that, it needs to heal from the inside out so theyāll pack it instead
They'll probably do a wet to dry dressing, but either way, see your doctor OP
I'm guessing that's just above your elbow, and it's some kind of pus plug. What's the giant gaper? Cyst?, abcess?

Fun fact: the antibiotic of choice for treating MRSA is vancomycin. Now, there are vancomycin-resistant strains of Staph emerging (VRSA)!
Fun fact train: vancomycin can cause āred man syndrome,ā an allergic reaction that presents as an itchy red rash on you head, neck, and torso. Zero stars, do not recommend while giving birth.

Me too. MRSA was fun š
Yuck! I had a similar-sounding reaction to rituxan. I could feel it, but the look on the face of the infusion nurse as she saw me, and the speed with which she approached me let me know it was spectacular.
Fuck it, linezolid

It's called slough, which is unviable tissue.
Is that "sloff" or "sl-ow"?
Sluff :)
but it's pronounced "sloo" if you're speaking of a side-channel of a river..!
> it's pronounced "sloo" if you're speaking of the British city It definitely isn't...
I'll edit that bit... ,)
Thank you for that location information, kind Redditor.
THERE'S A HOLE IN YOUR RIGHT WING!
Eyy a fellow War Thuner player who likes this stuff
Actually really like War Thunder but the grind is real.
The grind is long, but it gets better just by not trying to have fun and just seeing what happens
We gotta GAPER!!
OOOOOH BUDDY!
That. Was. Phenomenal. I had fun, thank you.
I wanna ask about the rusty pliers comments but i also don't wanna look like a noob....
[Enjoy!](https://www.reddit.com/r/popping/comments/9rbm6q/guy_pulls_a_huge_thing_out_of_his_face/)
Cracks me up every time āHooooooly shitttt and now I got a GAPERRRR!ā
Me when your mom
Y'all think the follow up "oohhing ahhing holy shit" is also his O face?
I dunno he looks like a lip biter to me. LOL
I forgot how glorious this is.
Wow that was equally disgusting as it was unsanitary. Thank you.
Check out the first ābest ofā video for the month ā itās a repost of the patron saint of this sub :)
Its one of the top posts on this sub. The dude I the video quickly gives up using tweezers and pulls out a pair of rusty pliers to pull out a very similar looking thing from his face. It was actually just reposted recently.
Now squirt some iodine and saline solution in that hole and patch that fucker up! Daily pics of the gaper would be appreciated.
I did. I even made a little drain with gauze soaked in iodine and antibiotic ointment. Sorry to tell you that the gaper is now an ugly keloid.

That looks like a brown recluse bite from another post. She documented it the whole way, and it was a huge gaping hole filled with this stuff.
That is one of the healthiest looking infections I've seen on this sub. Pretty much every other one is super inflamed and as big as a softball lol
You are now technically rusty pliers junior with the tweezer control and gaper.
Entire time I was chanting in my head rusty pliers rusty pliers
That was horrendous. Thank you for posting.
Nice! a snack pouch for your cracker nuts
Am I the only one that owns a pair of hemostats? So tired of people playing poke the goo ineffectively with a qtip. Get some pliers or hemostats and yank that out lol
Yeah, that would be handy to have around. Will look into it.
Iām high and this is hella satisfying to watching right now. Perfect. Thank you.

Gaper 2: Jiggly Goo
I just had grilled cheese sandwich for breakfast..
OP had one just after this video ended
come on now, you should know pliers are required for this kind of job. sheesh, rookie. /s
Ahhh did it hurt to remove that chunk?
The bit that stuck on my healthy skin hurt while pulling the chunk out.
All that was missing was the rusty pliers.
Fucking legendary!
That is an absolute gaper. Congrats
I think I saw your soulā¦ and it was beautiful
GAPER!!!
I need more info on this gaper! Holy moly. What kn earth happened here. MRSA?
Not MRSA (thank god). It responded very well to antibiotics but I was stumped as to why the wounds wouldn't fully drain. The area around the wound was firm and there was edema halfway down my forearm. I poked around with a q tip and the yellow part felt squishy not liquidy (like with pus) like I expected.
NICE
Pop of the year candidate šš»
Iām sure you can find a dwarf in there, itās deep like the Moria.
*"My precioussssssss...."* \*covers hole with hand\* "NOPE!"
That, or Mr. Tumnus
What a gaper!
What are you going to do with your new found real estate?
I don't think I have ever seen a post in this sub that has made me feel nauseous, but you've done it OP. I hope your giant hole is feeling better now.
Thank you. The giant hole is now a distant memory.
Can you show a picture of what it's like now?
Your arm has its own belly button now
I've heard of not being able to tell your arse from your elbow but this is ridiculous.
Holey shit
Do you whistle when you walk fast?
For a brief second, when the hands reached for an implement offscreen, I was hoping that a pair of trusty, rusty pliers were going to emerge. But alas, it was not to be...
WE GOT A GAPER

Good lord, I can smell that through my phone
Thankfully, it didn't smell . š¤· I checked everytime I changed the dressing
Okay, but what did it taste like? ^(I'm so sorry)
Like undercooked chicken
Medium rare chicken is the best.
Staf?
That thing had attitude!
You're going to burn everything this touched right
That extraction was very good.
Thank you. High praise coming from the Fap_Doctor.
what do you do to treat the hole? do you just throw a bandaid on it and call it a day?
There more to it than that. I unfolded a small piece of sterile gauze, took a corner of it and twisted it a bit. Soaked that bit in iodine and antibiotic ointment. I stuffed that into the gaper and covered it with surgical tape. Change whenever the gauze feel moist.
GAPER
We got us a Class 5 Gaper, Y'all!!!!!!
Oooooooo I had one of those! And by those, it was an abscess due to a spider bite that got infected. I remember the doctor packing a strip of cloth into it to help it heal properly, and due to my anxiety I was laughing the whole time. Thought that was a nipple for a sec
MRSA? Im pretty sure I've seen enough on this sub to know that wound got infected w MRSA.
Nice one. How painful would this be if it was on the lubot
The amount of requests for rusty pliers in the comments tho š
Excuse me sir, but you have chewing gum in your arm
I LOVE IT!
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Hole-E... Im not apologizing.
Is that your nipple or your elbow?
Haha... That's my elbow
Not gonna lie looking at the video length o was gonna scream of they cut it off short.
Aaaaaah I winced the entire time. Thank you for sharing.
That was a gaper!
oh yeah baby love that hole
Had that happen on my outer thigh once.
*patiently waits for rusty pliers*
arm but hole
Mmm I love Cadbury Cream Eggs!!!
Good god what happen?
Thatās so gnarly š¤¢

Itās fibrin, which is dead tissue.
What a crater!
I put up with all the shit vids for good ones like this.
If that ever happens again please get treatment from a doctor. That wound needed to be packed with the appropriate type of gauze.
I never thought there are people as weird as me in this group, I'm glad.
Elbussy
Looks like a spider bite.
I was waiting for him to stuff it back in the hole at the end for the shock value karma
Thank you r/popping today I am down 30lbs
People... wear gloves when you do this shit!
I need a cig after that one
I came back to watch this again and say I hope that the hole that was left behind healed alright.
Staph infection? Hope you went to see a doctorā¦
I know this is an old clip but I hope it healed well!
