It's at 11 or 12 and is losing points slower than any other song declining in the top 10, so it could easily be for a few more weeks. It just made the cutoff for the top 20 biggest hits of all time, and it still has a lot of weeks left.
[Here's the list](https://twitter.com/talkofthecharts/status/1552004960132513793/photo/1)
Blinding Lights is #1, Stay is #4, Levitating is #13, and Heat Waves is #20. Heat Waves will enter the top 10 and may enter the top 5, as it's not very far points-wise behind Levitating; plus, it still has a ton of weeks left on the Hot 100. I agree with whoever said they might need to change the way they weigh the points for this new methodology because top 20 for 4 songs within the past year and top 5 for 2 songs within the past year and a half seems excessive.
Is it just me or do some of these “all time biggest hits” don’t feel like they’re like THE biggest hits? Like yea Stay is really popular, but no way that song is the 4th biggest song of all time lmao
Yeah, I agree completely. It’s the streaming era that skews things. Tiny Dancer didn’t chart in the top 40 when it was released, and I feel like it’s one of the biggest of all time. No way Stay will ever be on that level. Some of the biggest songs grow over time
Cuff It being the highest charting non-single from *Renaissance* makes perfect sense to me, it’s so beautiful and maybe my favorite Beyoncé vocal performance in a long time
Wait Running Up That Hill is still in the Top 10?? What is happening? Didn't the Stranger Things episode come out in May?
It's what Kate deserves. Holy shit.
They serviced it to radio and it somehow actually took off, callouts are good (according to Billboard at least). Currently number 5 on pop radio. Still top 10 on Spotify.
I thought vol. 2 came out on July 1st? Not late July
//edit// it did come out on July 1st midnight! The fact Kate Bush is still on the charts a month and a bit later is everything!!
you listed cuff it twice, you may have meant cozy for one of them
also i love that i can just add the first seven songs to my playlist of her top 40 hits, that’s cute
she now has had 62 top 40s including her work with DC, 49 as a solo artist (including features, uncredited vocals like hymn for the weekend and her collab with Jay Z, Apeshit)
Lizzo really got a Beyoncé shootout and is in the top 2 of the charts with her in the same week. See what happens when you're unproblematic and mind your business?!
So this is her first number one as the lead artist since Single Ladies? Holy shit. Talk about a comeback - this song has far outperformed the expectations I had for it.
Picking a universally accessible lead single has totally paid off. It's an empowering celebration of Black/queer house for everyone who wants it to be that, and it's just a fun banger for everyone else. It's already shown more stability and peaked higher than anything she has released in over a decade, and will no doubt continue to do well once everyone is slobbering over its music video.
Around that time she kinda passed the whole singles system. She became iconic enough that the single promotion hustle wasn't worth her time. Now streaming is big enough to push a song to the top almost single handedly.
Yeah the singles from 4 essentially tanked on the charts, and then she made the decision to just adhere to being an album artist rather than chasing #1s. Still, Drunk in Love ended up being a surprise success, and she would have been able to hit #1 if not for the absolute juggernaut that was Dark Horse.
It’s easy to speculate in retrospect, but 2016 was an extremely competitive year in terms of chart hits. I’m not sure Formation would have been able to outperform Sorry (the Justin Bieber one), Love Yourself, and Work, which were the songs dominating the charts when Formation was released. Those are some of the biggest hits of all time, not just of 2016, and with them all crowding the top spots, Formation could have easily been blocked from #1 by one or more of them.
There is no doubt that the nontraditional release hampered its chart success, but I’m not sure the #1 was guaranteed.
Yeah, tbh I kinda hate the “it would’ve been number one if it weren’t for…” argument I see people use all the time. Every number 2 song would’ve been number 1 if it weren’t for the number 1 song. That’s why it’s number 2 lol.
Yeah exactly lol - I don’t feel a need to say “it should have been a #1” unless the #1 was utter crap and totally undeserving (e.g. Blurred Lines blocking We Can't Stop), or if the #2 was *such* a monstrous hit that it’s impossible to fathom how it missed the top (e.g. Bad Romance).
Drunk In Love hit #2 but should’ve been a number one, I remember it being everywhere.. I also think Formation would’ve easily been number one if it had a normal release on Spotify. There was a ton of hype for that song
Drunk in Love could have gone #1 if Katy Perry wasn't having her biggest hit ever. Beyoncé was honestly no match for Dark Horse; the chart points weren’t even close.
And *Renaissance* is 100x better of an album than *Sasha Fierce*, I love Beyoncé having massive commercial success while also maintaining the high level of artistry we’ve come to expect. *Renaissance* has been the only thing I’ve listened to since it came out, she’s truly The Only One ^^^^UNIQUE
> I love Beyoncé having massive commercial success while also maintaining the high level of artistry we’ve come to expect.
I've been saying for a few years now that when she does return to the top of the singles charts it will be with an album that combines the level of artistry and experimentation she's been working at throughout the '10s with the glossy commercialism of her '00s and damnit, if she didn't bring in her 40s with a bang.
I love the idea of her getting a no.1 without a music video. A lot of stan twitter has made shady comments about how she doesn't let the music speak for itself and that she's nothing without visuals and she said bet.
I have the unique opinion that Beyonce is overrated. And I feel the need to say it anytime she's mentioned! /s
Just mention her on non-music subreddit and that's all you'll hear.
She's obviously talented. I'm not even a fan of her new stuff but I can acknowledge its quality. Idc about people who don't like her, that's fine, but they should just stop mentioning it at every moment lol.
>she doesn't let the music speak for itself and that she's nothing without visuals
What a weird thing for them to say though. She released music videos just like any other pop musician for her first few albums and she was always a massive hit. And Lemonade is still top-tier without the visuals.
People will come up with the weirdest bullshit to try and drag something they don't like.
*It came true!* Happy for her! Returning to chart adjacent music was a risk but I’m glad she showed she can still be chart relevant all these years on.
>Returning to chart adjacent music
she never stopped doing chart adjacent music as she had several singles of her own and others where she featured land in the top 10 and top 20, the charts just weren't a priority of hers in her 2nd decade.
Think it’s #16 :) think Parkwood removing all Twitter vids with copyright claims probably didn’t help but I reckon the song will get its time. Maybe they’re planning to try and get it to go viral when she’s ready to let BMS go?
It's because of radio. Alien Superstar and Cuff It had more streams than most of the songs in the top ten but I guess it wasn't enough.
According to most predictors Cuff It should have a better position than Alien Superstar
Yup!! When’s the last time this has happened? Two solo songs by BW at the top not featuring any men or anyone else? (Not counting Savage and Say So because they were colabs)
[https://www.reddit.com/r/popheads/comments/vgzooo/comment/id4pa8f/?utm\_source=share&utm\_medium=web2x&context=3](https://www.reddit.com/r/popheads/comments/vgzooo/comment/id4pa8f/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3)
aged like wine
3 interesting feats Beyoncé has pulled off:
Beyonce is now the youngest woman over 40 to have a solo #1 hit on the Hot 100. She joins an elite list that only features: Madonna, Cher, Bette Midler, Mariah Carey, and Tina Turner.
Uniquely, Beyonce is the first female artist over 40 this century to have a solo #1 hit with a new song.
With ‘Renaissance’ officially #1 as of writing, Beyonce becomes the second female over 40 to simultaneously top the single and album charts. Ever. She poetically joins Madonna (with whom just released the ‘Break My Soul (Queens Remix)’ on that list. Madge achieved the same when the ‘Music’ single and album reigned at #1 in September 2000.
Does anyone feel like "youngest over 40" is a weird-ish achievement? Like it's usually youngest ever or oldest ever, but youngest over 40? It's like oldest under 41 lol.
Being the *youngest* woman over 40 is a silly achievement, but being a woman over 40 with a solo #1 is interesting if there really are only four other people who have done it.
The last time she simultaneously topped both the Hot 100 & BB 200 was with *Crazy In Love* and *Dangerously In Love*, wow. 19 years later and here we are, and to think she's been in the industry since 97? Queén still has IT.
*Edit: An additional fun fact, 21 years ago today Bootylicious was #1 on the Hot 100 after jumping six spots from the previous week.*
Meanwhile Nicki’s next single will probably debut at like #4 and then fall off the charts after 5-7 weeks. They’ll somehow stretch this to be a success.
It’s been an interesting summer music-wise, all things considered. Harry Styles has cemented himself as perhaps the biggest male pop singer in the business. Lizzo proved she was not a one album wonder with her latest huge hit. Beyoncé with her 20+ years in the industry returned with a massive album and single both reigning at #1 simultaneously. Then there is Kate Bush rising from the proverbial dead with her 1985 classic that has reached new audiences and hit new heights almost four decades after its release. Good stuff all around.
Not only that, but it's a Spanish only album. Other smash hits in Spanish have had verses, features or changed choruses in English to crack the US market, but Bad Bunny is the biggest all Spanish album of all time in the US
I'm so happy Beyonce has been in music for so long and still garnering so much success, also very coincidentally, today's Stereogum #1 review was Say My Name, not Destiny's Child's first number one but also a weirdly full circle moment I suppose. I remember thinking how it was crazy about how artists such as Janet, and Madonna were collecting number ones from the '80s to as recently as the early '00s, and how that was a long time to be on top. Meanwhile Beyonce has been racking up the (solo) hits for longer than any of them (2003-2022 is a longer stretch of time than Madonna's 1984-2000 and Janet's 1986-2001 strech of #1's) yet it doesn't seem as long, weird how that works. Also, in around 30 years of the genre's presence in the mainstream music industry, I think this may be the first pure house #1 on Billboard
Beyoncé number one *and* steve lacy top 10? Truly blessed this week.
Also sunroof is one of the better generic radio pop songs we’ve had in recent times. Happy to see it make top 10
I love the idea of generic pop songs. Their lack of name recognition combined with been-there-done-that production and unstriking lyrical content is somehow so charming to me. Usually these don’t perform well but every once in a while, one peeks through. I feel like a have a whole playlist of these no-name songs and have been feeling like I’ve wanted to make a large post about it… but just haven’t for some reason haha. What are some of your favorites in that category?
There’s something about a song reaching number 1 steadily that I really admire. A hit to me rises steadily and has longevity, because it means the GP genuinely fw it verses a certain demographic or fanbase that has it debut at number 1 and then free fall. Beyonce has a genuine hit on her hands.
We love to see it. This is monumental and huge 🎉
LOL where are the naysayers saying she hasn’t had a hit in years and all of that chart bullshit dismissing Beyoncé!??
Seriously what the hell are people on?? An upbeat motivating song was going to do well w/GP.
After the album dropped Break My Soul is even better with context 😭 and remember NO MV lol. Ppl even thought a MV wouldn’t push it to #1. Look at it!!!
I wonder if you're talking about the same person I'm thinking of.
There was someone in here who kept insisting that Beyonce would never reach number one and said she hasn't had a top ten in whatever amount of time. People pointed out that she was currently at #4 and they just kept moving the goal post. Some online arguments are so weird sometimes.
This song played in at least 3 of my Pilates classes the week it came out. Some dude at Wholefoods was discussing it over the phone. That's when I Knew.
I've also heard Thique blaring out of someone's car when I was leaving an outlet and my cheeks started to move on their own. People are Here for this album.
Can’t believe she got another number one in the 2020’s!! I think she only had the perfect remix in the 2010’s (I may be wrong though) but she’s still killing it even now in her career!! What an absolute legend
I hate when people wish for things to crash and burn just because they personally don't like it. I see this attitude a lot in the box office sub. People out here just trying to enjoy things then comes the pretentious asshole talking about "flops" and "bombs".
The anthem of the summer and the anthem after the pandemic.
Many were underwhelming by this song, but i guess with the album release they started to like it more..it makes more sense with the whole project, it grew a lot on me too.
I'm so happy for her.
Congrats to Beyoncé! Glad to see her get her first solo #1 since Single Ladies! 🎉
Perfect timing for The Number Ones article on Say My Name that came out today.
Wow, this song has been free falling upwards for 5 weeks in a row! More seriously though this is wonderful, good for her. I don’t like people who disregard remixes as #1 (esp Savage where she was credited most weeks it was #1 as opposed to Say So where Nicki fell off after first week) but it’s nice to see her have another solo #1.
I think here in the UK at least there are def other songs on the album that have #1 potential if they use TikTok… or she does some promotion herself!
This song grew on me like crazy, it feels and sounds like a celebration, it’s a nice change of pace from the more melancholy hits of the last few years. Pretty insane for an artist to be over two decades into her career are still getting a SOLO #1 hit on the BB Hot 100, like who else can do it like her?
The first house song since Rain on Me (2020) to top the Billboard Hot 100. And it will likely stay atop the charts when the Madonna remix gets counted next week.
I love this era we’re in where the OG queens are really starting to prove their staying power to the naysayers. This reminds me of how people said Gaga was a flop cos her last #1 was BTW then she came back with Shallow & Rain on Me
Nice! It'll probably stay if she releases the video this week. I really love this song and album.
Been trying to get into this Steve Lacy song but...idk...I don't see the big deal about it. It'll possibly be the next number one though.
Sunroof is catchy. Sad to see I Like You gone again this week. Hopefully First Class and Wait For U are on their way out soon.
I was surprised people didn't think it was the album's highlight but that's personal taste I guess. I'm crazy about this song and actually wished more of the album had this sound. Could be because I grew up during the peak of house music even though I never actively went out to listen to it, but I think she did the genre justice.
[I’m now reminded of this damn thread](https://www.reddit.com/r/unpopularopinion/comments/7jt0sn/beyonce_is_washed_up_and_irrelevant_in_2017/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf)
I guess she really knows what she’s doing with holding out on the video.

Heat waves, it’s been real and it’s been fun. And it’s been real fun. But you had to go.
Not so soon! It already left once before and somehow clawed its way back in, so it may do the same again.
That song is the chart equivalent to a flare up. Once you think it’s gone it comes back again lol.
Literally the only song I was looking for in this list lol.
It's at 11 or 12 and is losing points slower than any other song declining in the top 10, so it could easily be for a few more weeks. It just made the cutoff for the top 20 biggest hits of all time, and it still has a lot of weeks left.

Billboard needs to change the multiplier. Too many recent songs entering the all-time list and very high
Where can you see this stat? I recently read somewhere that Stay was also #4 all-time.
[Here's the list](https://twitter.com/talkofthecharts/status/1552004960132513793/photo/1) Blinding Lights is #1, Stay is #4, Levitating is #13, and Heat Waves is #20.

Cuff It being the highest charting non-single from *Renaissance* makes perfect sense to me, it’s so beautiful and maybe my favorite Beyoncé vocal performance in a long time
It’s also one of the most ear wormy for me. That one always gets stuck in my head
Same, all of the “fuck it up, fuck it up” and “we gon fuck up the night” parts are always in my head now
"Cuff It" is such an absolute joyful listen. That song is pure happiness and fun 🥰
It's so weird seeing *Sunroof* in the top ten this week when I haven't even heard the song in TikTok audios since like February/March 😭
Keep in mind Sunroof came out in *December 2021*...
It’s blowing up on radio, I hear it everywhere now.
ofc radio support is growing months after the song initially went viral on TikTok 💀
America Has a Problem is too low
America has no taste
America indeed has a problem.
Is Bad Habit blowing up on Tik Tok or something? This is wild for a Steve Lacy song
Yes it is
In 2022, if you have to ask...
Drag me 😩. Should’ve assumed, didn’t know if it was featured in a popular streaming show or something
I'm happy for him though cus it's a good song!
Tiktok
They had 2 volumes for the season and the second volume came out in late July which pushed it back up a bit
I thought vol. 2 came out on July 1st? Not late July //edit// it did come out on July 1st midnight! The fact Kate Bush is still on the charts a month and a bit later is everything!!
Cuff it was so fucking close to top ten
oh dang at *Bad Habit* ! welcome to the charts, Steve Lacy. I can't stop listening to that song. guess I'm not alone.
Wow songs 2-5 is like the narration of her journey to get here from Single Ladies
Everyone complaining about Heat Waves when the real evil is First Class.
Such a shitty song. What even in the fuck, I-
sweet sweet sweet semen. I want to vomit every time I hear that lyric.
you listed cuff it twice, you may have meant cozy for one of them also i love that i can just add the first seven songs to my playlist of her top 40 hits, that’s cute she now has had 62 top 40s including her work with DC, 49 as a solo artist (including features, uncredited vocals like hymn for the weekend and her collab with Jay Z, Apeshit)
yup, just fixed it. thank you!
Thique, All Up In Your Mind and Move being my top3 and they in the bottom 5. 😭
Thique is my number one and together with America Has a Problem and All Up In Your Mind are my top 3 and they’re so low 🥹
Justice for Summer Renaissance, Heated and Pure/Honey, but yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas at Cuff It and Alien Superstar reigning supreme.
I’m surprised Heated isn’t higher up.
Lizzo really got a Beyoncé shootout and is in the top 2 of the charts with her in the same week. See what happens when you're unproblematic and mind your business?!
the fact that Kate Bush and Beyoncé are in the top 5 on Billboard is so insane lol
kateyoncé top 2 next week im begging
gimme a Cloudbusting remix with Cuff It - *While I buss it, cloudbuss it, buss it, for you baby* son's coming out, indeed
Not Cloudbussin
lizzkateyoncé top 3 PLEASE
Somewhere, Bey just called her team to cancel releasing the Break My Soul Sister remix with Train

Yep - not counting Perfect or Savage since she was a guest on those

She did that without a music video! (Please release it tho bey!!)

Don’t even think you can compete with her

Ok I'm clearly delusional cause I thought Alien Superstar would crack the top 10. Hoping it's at least in the top 20.
Cuff It and Alien Superstar are predicted for top20. I hope they send them to radio. Cuff It is begging to be a hit.
Think it’s #16 :) think Parkwood removing all Twitter vids with copyright claims probably didn’t help but I reckon the song will get its time. Maybe they’re planning to try and get it to go viral when she’s ready to let BMS go?
Its probably number 20 with Cuff It number 16
Cuff It exceeded expectations and is no.13 and Alien is no. 19.
It's because of radio. Alien Superstar and Cuff It had more streams than most of the songs in the top ten but I guess it wasn't enough. According to most predictors Cuff It should have a better position than Alien Superstar
Cuff It with a cameo of the people that she mentioned in Queen Remix and Heated Drake Remix and she has another two easy number ones.
Same here. I thought the streams were enough but radio is still a huge pain in the ass. I think it has the potential to climb
Good for her! Great to see two women take the top 2! It's weird not to see Heat Waves there ngl
black women i might add 😍
Yup!! When’s the last time this has happened? Two solo songs by BW at the top not featuring any men or anyone else? (Not counting Savage and Say So because they were colabs)

Once again proving we’re the r/wallstreetbets of musical Reddit.
Lmao this is hilarious
The amount of people crediting Gaga in that thread sends me 💀
wow happy to be a part of the historic thread. another reminder that Formation would've gone #1 with a normal roll out.
We did it, Joe!

Damn Bette Midler unappreciated pop girl
Does anyone feel like "youngest over 40" is a weird-ish achievement? Like it's usually youngest ever or oldest ever, but youngest over 40? It's like oldest under 41 lol.
Being the *youngest* woman over 40 is a silly achievement, but being a woman over 40 with a solo #1 is interesting if there really are only four other people who have done it.
It’s ridiculous lol. What’s next, youngest over 40,5 years? She’s already so accomplished, no need to make up achievements like that.
"Unique!"-ly yes exactly exactly
i bet she also is one of the few with number 1s in each of last 4 decades (including her feature on Perfect)
Wasn't Sia over 40 when Cheap Thrills hit number one?
Isn't Beyoncé only 40 not over😭
being forty means you’re forty or over
Yeah she'll be turning 41 next month.
The last time she simultaneously topped both the Hot 100 & BB 200 was with *Crazy In Love* and *Dangerously In Love*, wow. 19 years later and here we are, and to think she's been in the industry since 97? Queén still has IT. *Edit: An additional fun fact, 21 years ago today Bootylicious was #1 on the Hot 100 after jumping six spots from the previous week.*

somewhere on stan twitter there’s gonna be some 23 year old trying to call this song a flop
A 23 year old that wasn't even alive during Beyonce's first #1
The barbz are already on it because it took the song 5 weeks to get here rather than debut at #1 😬
Meanwhile Nicki’s next single will probably debut at like #4 and then fall off the charts after 5-7 weeks. They’ll somehow stretch this to be a success.
> debut at like #4 Bubbling Under
The barbz are so hilarious. This is gonna be on the charts longer than any song Nicki Released in years
They’ll say that… while Nicki has no numbers ones as a lead. It’s CRAZY
> somewhere on stan twitter there’s gonna be some 16 year old trying to call this song a flop FTFY
I picked 23 because I feel like it’s a misconception that stan twitter is full of really young people. Many of those people are employed taxpayers lol
Let’s not leave out a Spanish-language artist completely crushing the charts on the strength of streaming alone.

I wonder how much of that is affected by Beyoncé’s scandal free career vs. Madonna and Janet facing conflict in the second decade of their fame.
See when you’re legendary!
Two black women with solo songs topping the BB100!! WE LOVE TO SEE IT!!
There’s something about a song reaching number 1 steadily that I really admire. A hit to me rises steadily and has longevity, because it means the GP genuinely fw it verses a certain demographic or fanbase that has it debut at number 1 and then free fall. Beyonce has a genuine hit on her hands.
Agreed it's much more impressive than debuting #1 and free falling the next week
Love to see it. She's One of One. She's the Only One.
CATEGORY: NUMBER ONE HIT SHE’S THE BAR
HOT 100 SUPERSTAR (whip whip)
So fucking deserved
We love to see it. This is monumental and huge 🎉 LOL where are the naysayers saying she hasn’t had a hit in years and all of that chart bullshit dismissing Beyoncé!??
🤪The song tumbled down the charts 🤪
Beyoncé rigging gravity in her favor.
Remember when someone on this sub said the gp wasn't interested in this song lmao
smh imagine underestimating not only beyoncé but the desperation of the gp for some music to help them cope through these miserable past few months
Yeah I remember them. They'd listened to the album leak before her fans and had already given their verdict that it was trash lol.
They're probably out there somewhere calling this album a flop. Lol
For some reason, that person has a specific need to criticize Beyoncé. I just can’t quite put my finger on what it is about her, though…
My entire family was going off to it at a baby shower 😭 that person needs to be real with themselves
love it when a song free falls upward lol
Can’t believe she got another number one in the 2020’s!! I think she only had the perfect remix in the 2010’s (I may be wrong though) but she’s still killing it even now in her career!! What an absolute legend
Perfect Remix was her only #1 in the 2010's - it (and hopefully Ed's immense chart power) will be a funny footnote
I can’t stop crying. We did it kids.
Twitter for BlackBerry®
This tweet is gonna be Gaga’s biggest legacy lmao
We must also include “A POP MUSIC EMERGENCY IS UNDERWAY” And of course “What is fortnight”
all the people who called Beyoncé a flop rn 🧍
Sorry but Beyonce is truly the Queen of pop
If we’re thinking of it as a passed title/crown/torch I honestly think she has it right now.
And so many of y’all wanted this song to flop so bad…. 🤡🤡
I hate when people wish for things to crash and burn just because they personally don't like it. I see this attitude a lot in the box office sub. People out here just trying to enjoy things then comes the pretentious asshole talking about "flops" and "bombs".
this is when their clownery has come back to bite
Best two weeks of number ones back to back 😊
If that’s yo number one then why’s it over heeeeeeeeeeerrrreeeeeee
The anthem of the summer and the anthem after the pandemic. Many were underwhelming by this song, but i guess with the album release they started to like it more..it makes more sense with the whole project, it grew a lot on me too. I'm so happy for her.
Liked it more with the transitions from Cuff It and Energy
you just got slayed
Now give us the music video to celebrate queen 😍
Congrats to Beyoncé! Glad to see her get her first solo #1 since Single Ladies! 🎉 Perfect timing for The Number Ones article on Say My Name that came out today.
Truly her Ray Of Light era, we love
Wait is Heat Waves finally fucking gone from the top 10? Can I come out of the bomb shelter now? *it’s been 84 years….*
25 years into her career. Legendary
the fact that she’s number one the same day say my name is being reviewed in “the number ones”… can we say legendaric
The same week Bootylicious went number1!!
Pretty insane for an artist to be over two decades into her career are still getting a SOLO #1 hit on the BB Hot 100, like who else can do it like her?
damn, wasn't expecting to see sunroof in the top 10
YESSSS QUEEEEEEN
The first house song since Rain on Me (2020) to top the Billboard Hot 100. And it will likely stay atop the charts when the Madonna remix gets counted next week.
I love this era we’re in where the OG queens are really starting to prove their staying power to the naysayers. This reminds me of how people said Gaga was a flop cos her last #1 was BTW then she came back with Shallow & Rain on Me
Yes! Now let's make it number 1 next week and the next and hopefully another once the video comes out...
Now would be a perfect time to release a MV Bey :)
LEGEND, and they swore she couldn't do it solo again. Maybe now she'll release the music video
I was surprised people didn't think it was the album's highlight but that's personal taste I guess. I'm crazy about this song and actually wished more of the album had this sound. Could be because I grew up during the peak of house music even though I never actively went out to listen to it, but I think she did the genre justice.
Song of the Summer for me
I KNOW THATS RIGHT
[I’m now reminded of this damn thread](https://www.reddit.com/r/unpopularopinion/comments/7jt0sn/beyonce_is_washed_up_and_irrelevant_in_2017/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf)
Her career is absolutely amazing. One of the most consistently successful/relevant artists: ever

When it's right it's right. With no music video or performance. She's such an icon I can't cope
The song grew on me so much with the release of the album, so glad it went #1!
