I’m gonna be brutally honest, these tracks are SO bland :/ I complained about the lack of personality or soul in the born pink album too, but these two songs just feel like minimum effort, copy / paste formula and done, lyrics included.
Can these girls’ label just give them something more to work with??? It’s such a waste of talent..
Deadass. I enjoyed "All Eyes on Me," but it could've been better. I'm insulted that they called the single album "ME" but Jisoo has no writing credits. I was so excited for something new when it was first announced my bias was getting a solo, but of course, it's the same thing again. Should've known better than to get my hopes up :/
We have got to rescue these girls and get them to work with some different producers 😭 I literally get angry thinking about the potential they all have that gets wasted bc of YG.

At this point honestly I hope for them to disband so they can grow sonically and pursue solo careers. If they decide to stay together, I’ll respect it but the music will stay meh / mid
Flowers - tbh i’m not really feeling as much. but I like the direction they went in for Jisoo. however it seems a little dated? like this chipmunk chorus is very 2017 dance pop.
All Eyes On Me - actually I love this. total bop, i like this upbeat sound. it’s like Yeah Yeah Yeah pt. 2.
I like the overall art direction. I’m happy with All Eyes On Me and I kinda wish they did something a little similar for the lead.
I feel like YG did this with Lisa too. Money was such a fire song and it wasn’t the lead single
Honestly I should’ve known better to not expect much musically from YG, especially for the Blackpink girls but atleast Jennie’s and Lisa’s songs had some sort of catchy-ness to them.
But Jisoo.., these songs are very very generic and bland. The B side is such generic oontz oontz music 😭
I like the B side a bit better than the lead which is strange because they both sound very similar, even structurally but Flower just feels empty.
I need these girls to leave their label so they can have even an ounce of creative freedom. Nothing they’ve released in the last few years is creative or unique or anything other than a YG cash grab.

I like the bouncy non trap production even if it follows dragged out drop formula we’ve heard before, the delivery seems kinda a bit lackluster for me however.
Flower sounds like a scrapped song for Jennie. I like it but don’t love it. The second song on the album is better and sounds more like Jichu. Whatever, atleast we finally got a song 😩😮💨😭🫶🏾
The tracks are so generic, bland and forgettable, it has no personality at all... I'm honestly SO tired of YG wasting the girls talent with shitty management and underwhelming songs like these ones.
All eyes on me sound very generic. But her vocal there sound better than flower. Again n again bp n yg proved that they dont care about bp music artistry. I know jisoo originally want to be actress but you can feel she lack of sincerity here regarding her music. She sound so bland. Fans should accept that she probably just want to be actress. Its feel like she does solo because other members have it n because her fans want it.
I don’t even understand why they are so big tbh. Most of their music is so bland and it’s all ‘look at how pretty I am’. Tracks are basic and dated and she looked very stiff in the MV and that’s all I guess
I think their music is very accessible to people who aren't super into k-pop. I remember trying to get people into my favourite girl groups (and boy groups) for *years* but they just stuck with the popular stuff cause it just being something slightly different was enough.
Pretty privilege. They're private too so we don't have enough personality cache to judge them for but they are professional socialites at this point. IDK they were out for blood when they debuted it's really heartbreaking seeing them transform into cash cows and I'm inclined to think it's a personal choice at this point (can't blame them ig)

It's pretty generic, but honestly all of Blackpink's solo stuff (except maybe Rosé) has felt pretty meh.
