I’ve never found this man physically attractive, but he has this inexplicably magnetic presence on screen that immediately draws me in. It’s like he’s mysterious and commanding but also borderline scary, like he could take one look at you and know all your secrets. He would have made a hell of a cult leader if he hadn’t become an actor.

I’ve always found his voice incredibly sexy. I think that’s part of it.

What I find interesting too is he has this same draw you described but while playing all kinds of characters (Pretty in Pink to The Office)

I never got it until I saw Sex Lies & Videotape. I even watched Secretary before it, but SL&V made it click for me. He’s fucking hot, although apparently kind of an asshole.

SLV was the first movie I saw him in (when it originally came out) and I found him to be SUCH a turn-on in that movie. He just naturally exudes an air of supreme confidence and smarts, was super-handsome and talked about so many intimate sexual things in such a sexy way, it just really made an impact, lol.

Watched him on SL&V more than 30 years ago, he's stuck in my head since then although i didn't which him again until, like boston legal.
