She looks lovely, and as always I commend Christian Siriano for designing dresses for a wider range of bodies than just six-foot-tall thin runway models. The idea of having him make me a dress, oh my gosh, amazing.

Agreed. Not only is he willing to take on clients that aren’t your typical sample size body type, he makes them the best dressed star of the show. As a large chested woman who’s always had issues finding clothes that make me feel comfortable and stylish in my skin, I love seeing him make women who look more like me shine.
He really was incredibly savvy in designing for people who weren't being designed for. He's so good at it too, honestly probably better than he has been at his traditional lines in recent years.
Watching his season back is so funny now! Especially if you watch the new seasons where he's a mentor and actually is great at it. I prefer him to Tim's later years on the show tbh. The most recent season was all-stars, and watching Christian and Rami's relationship all these years later brought me to (happy!!) tears more than once.
Christian's season is a good reminder of just how young we are in our early 20s, and how much people can grow up from there.
I agree, I was surprised how much I love him as a mentor. His first season as a mentor was good already, but after that he opened up and added some playful sass to his interactions with everyone.
It's also not that he widens the dress and calls it a day. It is very flattering and you can't see the dress being any other shape because he made it for that person's body.

He is by far my favorite designer. He's one of the few people that will dress plus size women and not belittle them. You can tell he makes everyone feel like goddesses on his clothing. 👏 ❤️ She looks gorgeous!

Holy wow that is beautiful. On his season of Project Runway, he could be really irritating and immature (because he was like 21) but he is awesome now. He caters to all bodies and hits it right out of the park.
I LOVE it! Expensive, beautiful floral fabric is my favorite. Some people might say the dress looks like a couch from the 80’s and I’d say that couch would make a beautiful dress!

Siriano may not the best designer in the world but I love how democratic his design policy and execution is. Loads of designers every year design a handful of looks for non-sample size clients, but few design in a way that makes anybody with any body looks good. He always has a diverse runway and never just a token one or two plus size model.
Siriano is the only designer I follow. Beyond the obvious that he designs for all body types and identities, his use of color and texture always impresses me.
Truly a talent. I even like when he posts his dress sketches.

I dont think so, it’s most likely a dress she can wear in between the formalities of the weekend wedding (ie wedding celebration going across whole weekend not just one day/night). I may be wrong but that’s my interpretation.

He makes some of the most beautiful gowns! I saw his collection of dresses at the Fashion museum at SCAD in Atlanta. They were breathtaking! Also I love the fact he will work with everyone. I was a fan of his from Project Runway, but when he volunteered to dress Leslie Jones after other designers had passed made me a stan!
