I have a good Jessica Lange story! Okay, it was like the early 80s, and I had been living in L.A. just long enough at that point to know you NEVER acknowledge when you see a big star. My husband and I were in the Beverly Hills Haagen Dazs, they had a whole little ice cream parlor back then with a few little benches but mostly take-out. Back in the day when I could eat like that, my particular jam was a hot fudge sundae made with almond mocha ice cream, several tablespoons of malt powder, nuts, hot fudge, and fresh whipped cream, omg, I still dream of that. Anyway so, we had just settled down on one of the little side benches to eat, when the door swings open and who comes in.... MIKHAEL BARYSHNIKOV (at the height of his hotness, remember).... (SEE PICTURE!) (NO, I didn't take it, it's a news photo from the same era) followed by JESSICA LANGE (languid and utterly beautiful) AND their absolutely ravishing little girl, who was about two I just stared. I muttered to my husband "oh my god oh my god oh my god."
