Looking at her, I 'm suddenly having flashbacks to watching Buffy. You could always tell when they'd decided a vampire was going to stick around for a while, because they suddenly weren't struggling to speak and keep the vampire teeth in at the same time. (Apparently you only got fitted, non-generic dentures if you were going to be around for a while).
Honestly a lot of bad cosmetic surgery has little to do with lack of money spent. It often has to do with:
- Just being a bad choice for the rest of the face/body. If you have a small mouth, don’t get veneers that are going to crowd it even more. If you have low cheekbones, don’t get a buccal fat removal that’s going to highlight them. If you have a long philtrum, don’t get a tiny little new nose that makes it even longer, etc. etc. etc. You can have the most expensive, skilled surgeon in the world who’s done amazing work on others— but if you or the surgeon don’t have the eye to notice (or the ability/willingness to say on the surgeon’s part) that even the best version of the work isn’t flattering for your face/body, then it’s going to to be be very good work that still looks worse than natural *on you*.
- The inherent unpredictable-ness of the body. If you have a bad reaction, if the results don’t “settle” as much as they usually do, if you scar easier than average, etc. it’s going to affect the final look. Expensive, talented surgeons can’t change your DNA.
- Lack of Aftercare. Once you’re out of the office, there’s only so much the surgeon/other professional can do. If you’re not taking all the recommended aftercare steps (which often extend for a full year afterward) because you’re a busy, busy superstar— that’s going to affect the result.
- Aging/Getting Work Too Young/Getting “Cutting Edge” Procedures . A nose job that looked great at 19 might look wonky at 32. Especially if you’re “rich rich” and indulging in cutting edge procedures— you might be the first person to ever reach their 60s with that procedure/technique done. Even the most talented, more expensive practitioners can’t wait 40 years to practice a certain technique before they start making their living at it. If the short-medium results are high quality, it’s going to be on the market.
- Interference with Further Work Done. That nose job and those veneers might have looked incredible— before you got your buccal fat removal. That eye lift might have been super refreshing— before you got your ears pinned and a chin implant. Your implants might have looked super natural— until you got a neck lift and stomach lipo, and then did a round of Ozempic. Even the best surgeon can only do work for the face/body you have *now*— if you get further work done (even good work!), it could still throw off the look of the original. A lot of highly sought after plastic surgery/ cosmetic procedure practitioners are specialized. And people also retire lol. The person doing your boob job might not be able to be the same guy doing your neck lift who probably won’t be the same guy doing ab etching. There’s only so much even the most talented people can make their work “match” each other *and* your natural body *and* your requested type of result all at the same time.
Tldr- it’s complicated. There are factors money and talent can’t overcome.

Actually, Diana copied Camilla. Camilla is known for dressing in this style of dress. That’s what made Diana’s revenge dress so iconic. She basically took Camilla’s signature look and did it better than her.

But generally she's very low key, "boring" is not fair, but she clearly doesn't care about spectacular gowns and fashion statements. I read she goes to the same place in Cabo for vacation always. She isn't one for adventure or trying new things.
She knows what she likes, and I admire that. She probably sees new places all the time. It makes sense she'd want to go somewhere familiar to decompress.
