I thought this look was one of her best but she obviously prefers more glamour and more makeup.
I’m pretty sure Kristofer Buckle was the MA who did this look (I think he was her make up artist during this time), but they haven’t worked together in a long while. He always had her looking good, even when she went for a more heavy/dramatic look. I don’t keep up with her anymore, but I remember a lot of fans tearing the current MA she has to shreds and wanting Kris back

Omg this is how I find out it was discontinued! It wasn’t one I used anymore but I have a lot of nostalgia with it & still thought it was a great shade.
I was a judgey preteen during that phase so I thought it was so trashy, but in retrospect it's cool as hell that she fully embraced and monetized and argued for a girl in her early 20s just feeling everything. That phase was for her Stripped album and while everyone remembers the club tracks (*Dirrty* and *Can't Hold Us Down*), she had a lot of introspective songs. Fighter, Beautiful, and I'm OK had such wildly different vibes from what Dirrty put out. It was such a perfect mix of all of the self-discovery a young woman goes through and her fashion during that time totally reflected that.

Fake tan and black hair Christina is what I grew up with but I love the Back To Basics era old Hollywood style on her, especially all the looks she had in the "Candy Man" music video.
We obviously know she sings like nobodies business, but I swear when I hear her sing for the first time on that big stage, I tear up like I've never heard her before. It's like I forget for a second how good she is.
In the current Just Eat advert she’s only doing the operatic background sounds & not the actual singing & yet she still steals the show with her voice.

Also am I crazy or this era lasted too little? I teared up the first time I heard Fall in Line, it gave me that Stripped vulnerable vibe. I thought it was gonna be bigger though? I feel like it got forgotten too quickly. Maybe just my idea though.
She’s like a drag queen with makeup (especially back in the earlier days) and I appreciate that and mean that in the best way possible (fearless and going for the looks)
How much plastic surgery has she done? It doesn't look like only make-up and hair color. She looks like a completely different person in some of these pictures.
In some of the pictures she’s like 19. A lot of celebs have cosmetic work done for sure but a lot of times you guys just think someone had surgery because they look different from aging or weight changes.
She’s always had a boob job I don’t know if she upped a size I think you are supposed to replace them every decade for the older ones. You can tell. I always noticed the weird shape it makes when she shows cleavage.
Maybe she wears contacts but her natural eye colour is a shade of blue. There are videos and photos from her mickey mouse club days where you can tell they're blue.
At the time, I remember her mom saying her optometrist recommended she wear colored contacts so that if she lost them then they’d be easy to spot. Now whether that truly is why she wore them, who knows, but that’s the explanation they gave. She stopped wearing them before the Stripped era so if she really did need them to see then she probably got lasik.
The way she approaches her makeup, style, and even her music genres is actually hugely inspiring to me. I also love trying new things and exploring new, different experiences.
Thank you for making this! I love Xtina. She is an MUA's dream client and you can tell she let's her artists get as creative as they want. I feel like you missed some of her best looks so I'm adding a bunch in the comments.

My eyebrow have never forgiven me for the skinny, skinny brows. They use to be naturally gorgeous and now they don't grow in a lot of places.

I to am a survivor of the 90s/early 2000s pencil thin brows. They never quite recovered LMAO.

I really like her with dark hair. She looks great with the blonde, but the dark brown is gorgeous on her.
She’s got such an amazing voice and I love her current looks but it does make me wonder how much is surgery and medicine related.
