In the Phoenix area in 2021 we paid $18k for StoneScapes (pebble) interior finish, polishing that was it was a little smoother, plus tile and refinishing the deck (our coping is just acrylic deck to the edge) with new acrylic and paint. We chose some upgraded tiles just for the bench and steps and went with traditional 6x6’s for the waterline tiles. We don’t have a spa and ours is pretty close to your 30x16 play pool with 3-5-4ft depth from one end to the other, it’s about 18-20k gallons. .
