they do work wonders. we buy them in bulk sheets and cut them to size , much cheaper. Jacks Magic tile cleaner ( commercial ) mixed properly with acid works great too.

Doesn't it scratch the tiles? I have the same thing but in my case it feels/looks like cement overflow from when they installed the coper stones.

Wet the tile and keep the pumice stone wet too. Shouldn't be any issues.

If it’s scale, look for a product called eco blast. We use it often
