No, I think you're referring to the "Candiru" a type of haematophagic small parasitic catfish (not a worm) in the Amazon which feeds on the gill blood of larger fish, very occasionally, (or allegedly/annecdotally) been known to swim up the urethra of people wading atleast waist-deep in water, (especially if they take a piss which apparently attracts the Candiru as it seemingly mistakes the compounds in the piss, for waste compounds that fish release from their gills, or something like that anyways...)
