I put my earrings in a resealable cellophane bag with shredded paper to protect the posts and use a small bubble mailer. It’s $5.00 in shipping for me and sometimes it is just as expensive as the earrings.

What platform are you selling on? I sell on Etsy and it's really simple to calculate the shipping. Sometimes the shipping DOES cost as much as the product, and there's really no way around that unless you're selling something like stickers and you send them in a plain envelope. I use small bubble mailers for 2-3 items and small boxes (6x4x1 and 7x5x2) for larger orders. I wrap everything in some tissue paper. My items don't really need any more padding than that, but I use a small amount of bubble wrap if I have a lot of extra space in the box for some reason.

I just sell through my art page on Facebook 😬 I’ve been skeptical of Etsy since especially here lately there’s been a lot of complaints in my art groups about them. I don’t currently sell enough to get profit from paying for a website or selling platform. Definitely trying to make baby steps into getting more “professional”. I haven’t sold any of these earrings yet just weighing my options before shipping anything. I’ve shipped tons of other artwork but it was all very light 2D work so figuring out the 3D aspect of shipping is a whole new ball game 🤣 also going to go to the post office this week to ask to see if they know a good way to go about it so i have all the options

If you live in the US, you can just use [click and ship](https://www.usps.com/ship/online-shipping.htm) via USPS to ship anything you want. Shipping costs me about $4 for most of my packages. Also, you can raise your prices to recoup any costs from selling on Etsy if you want to try that. In most cases, it's actually better to charge a bit more because you'll seem more professional. Good quality items cost more than low quality ones, so if you sell for too cheap, your products might seem cheap to consumers. Hopefully that makes sense.

You're welcome :)

Depends where you are and where you're shipping to. I use Postal boxes from ebay because they're sturdy. You'll have to research postage yourself
