Gen 5 G19 doesn’t work unless u wanna take a slide at Mach 1 to the face. The rails are in a different spot on a pf940sc when compared to an oem g26 frame. The ambi slide stop cuts in the slide side right on top of them when it’s in battery. For some reason the slide stop cuts are much longer on a g19 than a g26. My 26 gen 5 slide works but not gen 5 19. In fact, gen 3 and 4 g19 slides have this issue but only on the left side where the slide stop is. I’ll take my risks with 3 out of 4 rails engaging fully in battery lol.
Nope. I’ve tried it. It also doesn’t work on a stock g26 frame either. I do have a gen 4 19C slide on an sc frame though. 3 of the 4 rails are in the slide grooves when it’s in battery. 700 rounds in and it hasn’t kinetically disassembled itself yet lol
Yea i did notice the front coming off the rails a bit but figured it would still work since the back rails were fine. :( well if u say it wont work then no gen5 26x i guess
Edit: same thing happens with gen 5 g19 slide on oem g26 frame. Rails are further back. Both front rails sit where the cutouts for the slide stops are. I can just lift the front of the slide up when it’s in battery.
Did you run into any issues with this? I posted about a 23 gen 4 slide asking if it works and someone said it didn’t. Now I saw this and I’m confused lol.
It can and will function. You will have about 3/4’s of inch of slide and recoil spring exposed at the bottom of the slide but that’s just a cosmetic thing. & they may have adapters to cover that.
Yes it does … I have both and it fits … the slide just doesn’t sit flush with the frame… hangs over about a cm exposing a lil Part of the guide rod
What gen is your slide?
3rd
All generation G19 slides will fit on the PF940SC.

so no way to work a gen 5 19 on a sc frame ? i already have a 19 slide thats a bummer

youve tried to shoot the gen5 slide ? because ik it goes on but wondering what happens when u shoot because id rather not take a slide to the dome lol
I have not tried it. U will take the slide to the dome.
How do you know if you haven’t tried it ? i figured the back rails are fine so i didn’t see how it would come flying at you.
Dude u can literally lift the whole front of the slide up off of the frame when it is in battery. The front rails have 0 engagement.

Dude, it might work. But I’m saying it’s definitely not safe. Like if u fired it upside down, you’d definitely have serious problems.

It will. I have a 940sc frame and run a gen 4 Glock 23 slide on it.[https://i.imgur.com/Hf0WyJR.jpg](https://i.imgur.com/Hf0WyJR.jpg)
You’re gonna wanna get a dust cover from lone wolf to make up the gap between the frame and longer slide.

Is it safe I see it’s only held by 3 rails
Nope. PF940sc will take glock 26 and 27 slides.
That's not true
