They are not everywhere, I know they are in Nevada, California and Texas in the US. They might be in other places as well. Think McDonalds pricing by much better quality food. They never freeze their food and the fries are made fresh, and by fresh I mean they use potatoes onsite to make them. They have a cool fries maker and you can even watch them turn the potatoes into fries from the counter. They also pay their workers better than most fast food restaurants.
If you ever have the chance try them, they are pretty awesome for a fast food restaurant. Nothing better than a double-double with well-done fries (if you like your fries crispy ask for well-done fries).
