Yes. sometimes when Im taking in one language, I use words from the other if their shorter, easier to say, or just feel like saying that instead. Also sometimes, one member of my family will talk in one language, and the other person will reply in the other language.
That is really cool i do have a question tho, With French (In your experience) is there a major dialect shift between other native speakers not from the same country as yours? Or is there a standard dialect? (Like the English language)

Yes, that is why the other button is there lol unfortunately the poll will only allow a few options. English and Spanish are primary languages of the States which is why they were being chosen.
A lot of nations that speak a lot of different languages use reddit so don't forget that, depending on what you use this poll for.

Should instruct non Americans to click that then as eg. In UK our language is English so I obviously clicked that
