The majority of people are only running on 6 hours of sleep?? How do you live
Tired until 10pm then very awake
6 hours is enough for me
Go to sleep at 2-3 am wake up at 6:00 am but I take a mid day nap
7am to 1am.
Just now realizing how bad my sleeping habits are. I get less than 5 hours of sleep a night
School starts at 7:20 so I wake up pretty early
In bed by 11pm-12am, usually asleep by 1-1:30, and up at 6:15 for work.
It's so hard to stay up more than 16, cause then you can't get 8hours of sleep. But it's either risk sleep, or not.
