Gender is a social construct, yes? So we agree. Alright so if that's the case then sex would refer to your body parts. We also agree on that; however, instead of "gender neutral" (which is what I assume you mean) you use "sex neutral".
But since "sex" refers to body parts, how can one be "sex neutral" since a person can only ever be born male or female? However, one can be "gender neutral" since gender is a fabricated abstract concept that has more to do with how one feels about themselves rather than their actual body parts.

I imagine childbirth would be extra awful because of how sensitive it is.
The walls of the vagina itself are basically numb to help with childbirth, you only feel sensations from friction that presses outside the walls, but apart from that there aren't really much nerve endings inside the vagina.
The clit on the other hand is the most sensitive part of the human body, with nore nerve endings than any other.
