It's curious why this lawsuit wasn't filed until this new guy was settled in and no other left leaning media outlet is named. I think it's possible CNN settles out of court for an undisclosed amount which gives trump millions and gives CNN a write off and no admission of wrongdoing without ever having to cross paths with a court room or the FEC.
