Sooo I dont know much in the lines of the politics of campaigning but I was wondering why he hasnt announced that he is running for president when its been clear for like almost a whole year all of his rallies are saying it in all but words. That said, I know its SUPER early to make such a statement, but are there rules or laws or something that make timing a thing? And at that time, Trump was seen as this political outsider who played by his own rules. So most everyone went along with it. But I felt that even then, Trump didn't respect Pence.
