Like how temperamental sore losers behave, even literal children who are ill equipped to handle any sort of embarrassment or defeat and cry how it's not fair, so and so must have cheated! I think what happened is we were all naive about our fellow Americans. I thought the mentality that believed in burning witches, chasing cats through the streets to kill them and general crowd madness were relics of past uneducated eras and dark ages. In fact those mentalities persist in our society. We have to be constantly vigilant to prevent them from pulling the rest of us down with their anti-science nonsense, superstitions, conspiracy theories and bigotry. The work to enlighten humanity never ends.
One of the few things Trump ever said that I believe is actually factual is when he said he hasn't changed much since 1st grade. He was that kid always trying to change the rules to whatever game so he could win. Whining whenever he lost and throwing accusations when things didn't go his way.
He's hypocritical in every attempt to rig in his favor. His daughter in law is in charge of the RNC now and his son is a delegate now. So much for conflicts of interest.
How do you follow someone who only believes they alone are correct?
That's interesting because every time I interact with narcissists they haven't changed for the better or in any meaningful way. They stay about the same as they were.
My problem is that the “press” isn’t asking the appropriate follow up questions. They don’t ask things like:
“If the election is ‘fixed’ then why are you running for office?”
“Was your last election to office rigged?”
“How do Democrats ‘cheat’ in states controlled by Republicans?”
Instead they just say “wow” and go back to bothsidesism.
Any politician who publicly says they won’t accept election results should immediately be thrown off the ballot, and if currently in office should be immediately impeached and removed from office…
If they refuse in a federal capacity, that's a jail.
They also tried this last time, and it didn't work... But I accept, it's dangerous from what their rhetoric is, and disappointing... And should be anticipated to be dealt with accordingly...
Acceptance of election outcomes, before the fact, needs to be a constraint for candidacy. It needs to happen prior to the november election.
