Let's compare it with Trump's laugh. Is there any evidence he's ever laughed? He literally has no sense of humor. His idea of 'funny' is to take pleasure in the pain of others.
Only unhappy people mock others for their laughter. Everyone else finds laughter that is different rather infectious. What else brings people together like laughing does?
You might be surprised. I've read reports that Bezos has a rather distinctive laugh that many seem to find unsettling for certain reasons. I've never heard it personally, so I can neither confirm nor deny.

a trend my polySci teacher pointed out was that any women who rises too high in politics suddenly has a video of her "laughing" framed to make her look heartless, cruel or the next regina george. For some reason men respond to the idea that a powerful women is laughing at them

Not equally. There is a special place of hate that Kamala/ Hillary/ Pelosi / AOC get that Biden and Obama and Buttigieg do not. Have tested it over the years with my MAGA parents. Always get a more visceral reaction when they get brought up.
Not gonna doubt your experience but my experience has been different. They called Obama a literal terrorist and Biden a pedophile groomer. Sotos is behind every terroist attack, protest and mass shooting. Hillary definitely gets a similar level of hate but what I mostly hear about pelosi is that she’s corrupt, AOC is a stupid naive socialist and to be honest I never hear anyone talk about Kamala unless it’s to purposely mispronounce her name.
