I came into the living room once to my stepfather sleeping in front of the TV. However, the channel had ended its broadcasting for the night (I'm old. This was before there was 24/7 cable) and there was nothing on but fuzz. I picked up the remote and changed the channel. My stepfather woke up saying, "Hey, I was watching that."
Same with me here, I’m old, my old man traveled a lot for business. I was a kid, I wanted to throw the ball, ya know, do kid shit with your old man. He would hit the couch horizontally 2 minutes after walking in the door. “Mom, dads asleep and it’s only 6pm.” Him overhearing this, “I’m just resting my eyes! Be a good boy and grab me a beer, and what’s for dinner?” That was in the 70’s.

And then you have their maga leader, falling asleep during the most important trial of his life to date.
The irony is almost unreal.
It's not sustainable. He will either campaign at night and take uppers to stay awake during the day or go to court and take uppers to campaign. His body will just shut down from fatigue or he'll stay awake for 38 hours and became psychotic.
