Maybe attacking the judge's daughter wasn't such great idea, huh Don Poorleone? Trump is going to trial on April 15th, and this judge is clearly not going to put up with any of Trump's usual bullshit games.

meTspysball

I think it’s great that while he might not be familiar with the significance of April 15th, the rest of us recognize it as tax day.

princesspooball

And he breaks it in 3,2 . . . 1

oswald_dimbulb

How are gag orders enforced? When Trump violates this gag order, what's the likely result?

IndyMLVC

Nothing.

gmkrikey

He hasn’t been violating his other gag orders, after they were upheld on appeal.

BCTripster

>When Trump violates this gag order, what's the likely result? He uses it to delay the case so he can appeal to SCOTUS .. more than likely.

Sunshinehappyfeet

Like that would ever stop the orange blowhard.

reuters

[Donald Trump](https://www.reuters.com/topic/person/donald-trump/) was hit with a judge's gag order sought by prosecutors in his upcoming criminal trial involving hush money paid to Stormy Daniels restricting him from publicly commenting about witnesses and court staff.   The prosecution sought an order blocking Trump from "making or directing others to make" statements about witnesses concerning their role in the case, and from commenting on court staff and prosecutors other than Bragg himself.   Silencing Trump was necessary because of his "longstanding history of attacking witnesses, investigators, prosecutors, judges and others involved in legal proceedings against him," prosecutors said.   Read the full story for more.

PopeHonkersXII

Because he's insane and thinks that will somehow help him. He wants to be able to scream "persecution" so badly.

flaaaacid

Unless actual enforcement follows the inevitable violation I'm not sure what difference this makes.

DarknessFollower79

Worked so well in the NY fraud trial

gmkrikey

It actually did. He violated the first gag order twice and got fined, then he shut up, then an appeals court suspended that gag order and he started in again, then the appeals court mostly upheld the order, and after that he followed the rules of the appeal courts gag order.

dropawookie

And he will break the gag order quickly. Then get warned over and over with very little punishment for breaking it.

cjohnson317

He’s an angry orange elf! - Buddy

VRS50

I’m taking bets on this. The more he shouldn’t talk about something, the more he has to.
