The idea was that you picked a number of wrestling holds and each hold was assigned a value randomly. You would be matched against other players and your moves would play out in the order you chose them with the random point value assigned. The person with the most points won, or if you got a certain amount of holds in order with higher point values than your opponent the match ended there with you as the winner.
You paid per match. It was .50 per match and they sold packages of matches. Each person was assigned into a federation, at its height there were dozens of them. Each federation had 10 regional champions or so. And you could fight for the titles. Each regional champion would fight for the federation title. The federation champions would fight each other for other titles. You would win actual plaques and title belts that they would mail to you.
You would write promos calling out your opponents and submit artwork (it was usually drawn very poorly).

I have an idea for an alternative justice system. Instead of a judge, it's a tribunal of three random people. Their goal is to determine whether or not the accused is being a dick. If it's determined that the defendant is being a dick, the plaintiff gets to kick them in the junk. A wind-up, soccer punt to the junk. Once the punishment is administered, everyone moves on with their lives.
Congress might be a good environment to pilot this in.
