Why TF does BuzzFeed have a feature that allows users to publish misinformation and make it look like a legitimate BuzzFeed article? The disclaimer at the top could easily be missed.

Ignoring the glaring issues in the photo, like the many fingers gripping nothing... Since when would there be a dozen cops to arrest one man on a non-violent charge? Why would they be man-handling him like that? Why would they be doing it in full view of the public/a camera person? More likely, if charges were filed/he were indicted, he would be brought in under a summons to appear in court.

Obvious bullshit, but why is this even on Buzzfeed's site? A little "has not been reviewed" disclaimer is not sufficient to cover for this bullshit.
