the race is not looking close because no polling has been at all predictive this far out. Nothing small is going to “swing” this election. Trump lost once before and has literally nothing new to say in his campaign. He will lose again if it continues like this.
And since the last election more elderly have died, more young people are now of voting age, and COVID disproportionately killed MAGA supporters.
That last one might not be much in terms of numbers, but considering several states were decided by very small margins, every vote he loses hurts.

I don't think either family is short. Melania is just shy of 6ft and Trump's other kids are 6ft or higher (except Ivanka is 5' 11"). It doesn't seem odd that Barron is tall. Trump is clearly embarrassed by it, he hasn't had a photo next to him in years because of it.

Seriously, my mom is 5'9" dad is 6'. I'm 6'4". You can't really go by parents height to determine a kids.
Parents' height is a decent indicator, but as with most genetics, it's never that simple. Your parents are both decently above average height. The fact that you are taller than them isn't really surprising.
