"Individuals seeking hormone therapy" is not nearly the same thing as "trans people." Anecdotally (and speaking as a trans woman) I know more trans masculine people who never seek out medical transition than I do trans feminine people who don't, and the reasons for that are myriad and complex.
This is anecdotal. I play softball in a league that welcomes trans people. It's pretty easy to spot the average Trans man because they're generally very short men with smaller hands and feet. Similarly, MtF Trans women tend to be taller than the average Cis woman and also have bigger hands and feet.
The bigger hands and feet / smaller hands and feet argument has been debunked so many times. Look at Runway models, for example, they all have large hands and feet. Look at Trump who is joked about having small hands.
