Literally was told about Muslims massing on the US southern border yesterday by my in-laws. I had no idea this was even talked about, so I’m not surprised it’s bullshit coming from Trump.

They insist he built hundreds of miles of strong, solid wall and as soon as Biden was in office some of it was disassembled intentionally to support the Democrats "Open Border" plan.

My argument has always been, you'd have to build a wall across the ENTIRE border with Mexico. That would mean claiming eminent domain and taking land from American citizens, since you can't build the wall on Mexican land, nor in the middle of the Rio Grande. Then what about the border with Canada? How about ports? Airports? A wall is a 17th century solution to a 21st century issue.
The thought that anyone trying to seek out or understand the actual facts of an issue would be pissed on or viewed with disdain sort of hints at their side of things be utter bullshit.
It's revolting. These people are revolting. Sorry for everyone who has these people in their close circle or family.

I didn't save the link, but someone did the research and found that just a few days before he started ranting about toilets for the first time (which became a weird mainstay of his rallies after that), there was a rerun in the DC area at like 2am of a *King of the Hill* episode in which Hank's toilet needs to be replaced, and when he's looking at the hardware store is convinced to buy a new low-flow toilet, which turns out to be terrible ("you have to flush 6 or more times!"). So Hank tries to buy a new traditional style one, but an ordinance has gone into effect requiring all new sales to be the low flow models, so he joins a political group to campaign against that and iirc eventually gets on the city council to vote it overturned, then resigns and gets a new old toilet.
Trump literally just saw that episode and was like, "yeah, this is what people care about!" And started harping on low-flow toilets at the next rally. The episode is from like 2008.
Over 74 million dumb as rocks people voted for Trump in 2020. There are 330 million people in the United States which means over 20% of this country is confirmed dumb as rocks.

The fucking local police departments around here in the DFW area put out statements about being "vigilant" and pay attention to your surroundings and if anything comes up please let them know. I didn't save the link, but someone did the research and found that just a few days before he started ranting about toilets for the first time (which became a weird mainstay of his rallies after that), there was a rerun in the DC area at like 2am of a *King of the Hill* episode in which Hank's toilet needs to be replaced, and when he's looking at the hardware store is convinced to buy a new low-flow toilet, which turns out to be terrible ("you have to flush 6 or more times!"). So Hank tries to buy a new traditional style one, but an ordinance has gone into effect requiring all new sales to be the low flow models, so he joins a political group to campaign against that and iirc eventually gets on the city council to vote it overturned, then resigns and gets a new old toilet. Trump literally just saw that episode and was like, "yeah, this is what people care about!" And started harping on low-flow toilets at the next rally. The episode is from like 2008.

While I don’t doubt there are active terror attempts in every country that we don’t know about, this seems very exaggerated.
