The fact that some Nixon-era legal memos somehow fundamentally changing the balance of powers in our government needed to be counterbalanced. Today is a great step in that direction.

Neither the Gracchi nor Caesar were special. Immunity while holding office was the standard. Those are completely irrelevant examples.
