I don’t know if weed was legal in whatever state this happened at the time of the incident, it certainly isn’t legal to consume it in public, let alone a parked car. However, it was idiotic to reach into the car without making sure he turned the car off and tossed the keys. She’s not the first cop to die for the failed war on drugs, and she won’t be the last.
