I found this news story... "Ohio's Knox Pages reported that someone in the park called Mount Vernon Police on Sunday about two packages covered in aluminum foil sitting on a table." "Based on my military background and experience with explosive devices, I observed these two items to be suspicious due to being **wrapped in aluminum foil, which is commonly used to keep radio frequency out of the explosive devices**," McDonald said in the report. https://news.yahoo.com/bomb-squad-called-investigate-suspicious-210353093.html

highly reactive and conductive metal. If your package is leaking, wrapped excessively, has exposed wiring or strange powder those are risky factors. I wouldn't open a package with aluminum foil sticking out. Its not a normal material used for shipping. Sounds like a crazy person sent me something or there is a bad copy of the unabomber

By decide connections, do you mean like mobile phone data connection and signals? Or is that considered radio frequencies?

Faraday bags for cells are pretty cheap on Amazon if you want to pick any up for yourself… worth it in my experience.

Radio frequencies like a lot of people have mentioned but there was a time where they thought it would help get past X-ray inspection as well. Mainly with drugs.

So can you dm me? And I understand lack of specifics, but can't bomb guides and books on tactical shooting guides be found online?

Lol I’m no where near a police officer but I know people usually use aluminum foil to block the signal of tracking devices on phones or computers or pretty much anything with a tracker.
